We we there for 4 nights and it was perfect. 10 min away from the city center by tram but far away from central station. Room very simple but clean and the bathroom too! A little bit noisy because of building just in front of our window. Really nice if u re looking for a place cheap but clean and nice :)

Two Nights @ Bella Vita. Right away we were welcomed by kind staff that helped us find a place to eat (A bit expensive for what you got, but the atmosphere and wait staff was top notch). The Hostel was very clean and orderly...almost so on the side of boring, but after some long travel days, I had no complaints. The Bathtub in the main bathroom was amazing and the 'lockout' times for what activities/when didn't prove to be much of an issue. If ever in Milan again, I'd stay another night.

We've spent four days at Bella Vita. The place was clean and tidy and felt secure. The staff member- Fabio was very helpful and friendly. We've requested additional towels and a kettle and he arranged it for us the same day. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for low budget accommodation for a break in Milano. Marta.

Juliana was an excellent host! From the time we arrived, she made us feel right at home. She had great suggestions on restaurants near by and the easiest ways to get around town. The place was very well kept and clean. We would definitely choose Bella Vita again the next time we are in Milan.

The whole time it was extremely cold in the room and that did not change even after telling the lady....Very disappointed that we could check in five hours later than we were supposed to and it seemed like we were lucky that it was not later The biggest problem was definitely the constantly turned off heater, otherwise it would have been a nice trip, the hostel is quite nice but I expected more comfort...

Bella Vita was a very cosy and nice place to stay during our short vacation. The room was clean and very cosy in its furniture. The bathroom was extremely nice with both a bathtub and a shower room. The only critique would be the cleanliness of the common kitchen, but that was to be expected, although they should really fix the dishwasher. The personnel was very outgoing and helpful to anyone new to the city of Milan, especially Juliana whom was fluent in both Italian and English.

Juliana, the girl who looked after Bella Vita and took care of the guests was relaxed but also very welcoming and helpful at any moment. The friendliness of the Bella Vita is something I will remember about milan.

Staff (one girl) was very nice. We paid deposit 5 EU for the keys, so we could come any time. Bathroom was beautiful, rooms sufficient. The place seemed to be quiet and safe.

Very cozy and pretty guesthouse. It was very comfortable. It is located a 2 minute walk to the no 2 tram that will take you into the city.

Good value, a bit off the centre in not pretty neithbourhood and no supermarket close by, but close to public transport. Many things didn't work yet, like WiFi, part of the kitchen facilities and the radiator in the room temporarily. Very nice bathroom and friendly staff.

Brand new B&B... the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom were clean, and there is a common room downstairs with the kitchen. No lockers, but we had our own room and felt our stuff was safe. TOTALLY worth it for the price we paid. The only downside was the distance away from the main station and the city center. We got lost a couple of times trying to find it, even with the directions given to us. Also no wifi and heaters made noise at night- problems that will hopefully be fixed.
