Para comecar eles marcaram para pegar no aeroporto e ñ foram. depois o hostel ñ tem placa indicando ser o que é. quando chegamos na recepcao nos atenderam pessimamente. ñ nos deixaram ver o quato, ou melhor queriam que pagassemos antes de ver o quarto. na recepcao havia um grupo dancando e bebendo com musica alta - preferi ir embora perdendo o dinheiro que ja tinha pago na hora da reserva. CUIDADO!

Es un hostal con mucha personalidad y con todo aquello que pueda necesitar el viajero: tiene mucho ritmo y hospitalidad. El recibidor, con unos confortables sofas, es el anfitrion de interesantes reuniones y un punto de encuentro de aquellos que aun no se conocen.

There was no paper towel in the toilets. I forgot my glasses on the bathroom and they were stolen. There were bugs in my room.

This is a great hostel in a great location! If you are in or around Barrio Bella Vista your should definitly stay here! Close to snowboard hire and mountain shuttle, lots of awesome bars and restaurants. Awesome double rooms with comfy beds! Great staff will help you suss out anything.

The hostel is really cool, but get a single room is not so nice, due this is in an annex building. The hostel is really clean and the pictures in the walls are preety cool.

Good hostel in a good location for bars and restaurants. We stayed in a dorm room which had really nice mattresses!Ivan, the nightman was awesome and very accomodating. Also the American/Canadian girl with the curly hair and glasses was really nice and helpful. The only downside was that they let everyone (mostly staff) smoke in the reception area and that the showers are only luke warm. No bar, but sweet to buy your own booze and drink it at the hostel. All round good hostel.

O atendimento, isto é, a atenção dos atendentes para com os clientes é impecável. A localização também é fantástica: você está no coração do agito de Santiago. No entanto, quanto à infra-estrutura do Hostel, achei que o espaço é mal distribuído e mal aproveitado, assim como faltam reparos nos banheiros, para torná-los nota 10. A sujeira também nem sempre é limpada. No quarto em que fiquei senti um forte cheiro de tinta. É isso, "SUERTE" A TODOS!

It's very noisy, we got woken up by the music from the reception. Smoking is allowed in the reception/common room which makes the entire place smell. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
