The beds were extremely comfortable!!!! The hostel is very big! But it was good, it is far from the center, but there is a metro station right around the corner, and since Stockholm is so big, you need to travel by metro or bus anyway.

Our first impression was not the best. The house looked a bit like a prison to us on the outside, the room had no windows and there were quite some noisy people. Also, the walking distance of 20 minutes is actually about 40. However, our stay was nice, the facilities were kept clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable for Stockholm. There is a metro station only 1 minute away that goes directly to the Central station in a couple of minutes. So overall it was ok.

It is situated in a weird area, but the upsides are that the metro station is really close and it is a quiet neighbourhood. The social area/kitchen is really looking rundown and it is badly equipped. However, the showers were clean and with great water pressure.

If you are looking for a normal hostel just to sleep, then this is a good place. Good things: The owner was VERY friendly and helped us a lot. Good value for money. Comfortable beds. Bad things: Old and VERY strange people staying at the hostel. The kitchen was terribly dirty and with only a few implements to cook.

I booked this hostel because it was the cheapest. They don't open until 3 pm so make sure not to arrive beforehand or you'll be greeted by a locked door. Online they advertise a room for luggage if you arrive early but the door was locked and no one was at the front desk so I ended up carrying my luggage with me for an hour. Also the location is rather far from the city center and train station so you are either going to take a 30 minute walk with your bags or pay for transportation.

Not impressed with our stay here. Arrived at hostel (in the snow) only to be left standing in the freezing cold for 20 minutes because nobody was about. No one answered the bell and lights were out. Eventually man appeared & we were then shown to our room. Not told anything about hostel or Stockholm. Very unhelpful. Next morning our lights wouldnt go on (in a windowless room) so we were stuck in pitch dark and there was NO ONE in the hostel to help. Man had disappeared again.

Very good hostel. Cheap and very friendly :)
