No one on staff. No sheets. Worst hostel. Went out for food and got locked out and had to bang on the door to get in. Do not stay here! It looks like a hostel from the movie hostel.

No windows or emerency exit in the room, next to the noisy showers and kitchen Walls of the showers were not clean Kitchen is not well equipped, only 1 pot or pan can be heated at a time, not enough knives, forks or other basic materials The fire detectors were taped off because there is no ventilation installed, and they would otherwise be activated. During our stay they moved people from one room to the other without noticing them beforehand When they came back there belongings were moved

I've not much to say in terms of comparison, as to be honest this was the very first hostel I've visited abroad, but here goes. Facilities weren't that bad, though the kitchen could use some more heating stoves. Showers were managable, and it was fairly easy to navigate into an empty toilet.. And those sheets. Upon our arrival we were informed that they are INCLUDED in the price, yet the very next morning (after taking them) we were told to pay for them. Should be stated PROPERLY somewhere.

Seems many long-term residents didn't mind the cleanliness of their surrounding in dorm room. Owner's attitude changes extremely- hold on your luck.

Everything perfect! A++ Hostel! Super clean! Beds super comfortable! In the direct vicinity of an underground station and next to a large supermarket!

It was clean, which was the most important thing for me. I liked the staff too. There were no windows in my room, but that seems to be common in Stockholm hotels. However, there was good ventilation in the room so it wasn't a big deal. It isn't that central but there is a metro (Tunnelbane) station right by the hostel so it wasn't inconvenient at all.

In general the hostel was fine. However, we were annoyed when on arrival a member of staff informed us we would have to pay an additional 30sek each for sheets. It wasn't so much the amount that made us cross, but rather that this additional cost hadn't been mentioned on our confirmation email which had supposedly stated the final amount to be paid on arrival. Later I was a bit peeved to discover the sheets they did give us still had a few stains on. That said, as a whole, the hostel was clean.

Not too far from the central train station, a good 25 minute walk, not to complex to get to. The rooms are very clean, but there are no individual lockers for your big bags. Staff was pretty nice, we got an upgraded room for no extra charge.

The hostel was well located and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Bad experience, the hostel is far from most hot spots in the city. The staff is quite improvised. You can get a better price to stay in a better hostel near the Centre, check City Lodge Hostel.

Awful place. Stayed there because everything else was booked. Feels like a hospital. White everywhere, rooms with no windows. Weird vibe in the place. I would never go back there. Payed too much for a that place

This is a basic "you get what you pay for". I stayed in the 8 person dorm, which was ok. Clean beds, clean sheets to rent for 30 SEK. Towles for 10 SEK. It's a place to sleep not to hang out. The fascilities are quite boring and if you want to drink you need to sit outside. Don't try to drink inside! Had a group who were thrown out in the middle of a saturday night for having a party in their room. Otherwise it's totally ok.

The rooms were clean, but had a strong odor.

I stayed in Interhostel, City Lodge, and Belman Hostel and this one was my favorite. Although the location is not the best, it has the best customer service and facilities. It also had the best setting to get to know other guests. The man in charge was very friendly (an anomaly within Stockholm hostels) and flexible regarding your stay and times.

The beds were extremely comfortable!!!! The hostel is very big! But it was good, it is far from the center, but there is a metro station right around the corner, and since Stockholm is so big, you need to travel by metro or bus anyway.

Our first impression was not the best. The house looked a bit like a prison to us on the outside, the room had no windows and there were quite some noisy people. Also, the walking distance of 20 minutes is actually about 40. However, our stay was nice, the facilities were kept clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the price was reasonable for Stockholm. There is a metro station only 1 minute away that goes directly to the Central station in a couple of minutes. So overall it was ok.
