I really enjoyed my 3 day stay there. One of my roomies and I had a conversation about the awful reviews of Belsize House online and were shocked to discover how nice it was. It\'s the best hostel I\'ve stayed in till date. The staff are very warm and welcoming, I would totally go back if I had a choice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, they even open the kitchen especially to make me a cup of coffee when I was craving one. The fact that a simple dinner was included in the price was a nice bonus when it was drizzling outside.

stayed for just 1 night with a friend, 1 day trip to london. booked a 4 bed female dorm. when we arrived, staff told us, that we would be in different rooms (even in different houses!) :/ Since we had to leave at 3 in the morning to go to the airport and shared one bag, we fortunately could manage to put an extra mattress in one of the rooms. besides, it was a 5bed dorm. toilet was dusgusting. romms big, but we had not caring roommates, who smoked in the room. light was turned on till 1am...

It\'s valuable to have breakfast and dinner included at such a low price. The food there is nice. It\'s convenient to get there by tube. Recommend it!

We just wanted somewhere cheap to stay near Camden. It was good value for money. The rooms were clean and warm. Unfortunately the attitude of one staff member let this place down. On arrival he asked what we wanted, started to help then completely ignored me for 5 minutes while talking to another staff member before another guy helped me. I had forgotten the reservation number print out and he huffed and puffed. Shame.

This hostel is in a very nice and quiet area, decent location and decent price. Three things are worth saying though: this is not a "party" hostel - if you're looking for one of those, this might not be ideal for you. For me and my friend, it was ideal, however. Second, we had booked for a double bed private, but the room was a twin bed room, instead, and they couldn't fix it for us. And third, the beds weren't particularly comfortable and were VERY squeaky (in regular sleep!).

Nice hostel with cheap twin bed rooms, which has the advantage of security (although cleaning staff will come prior to check-out time). Continental breakfast (coffee, toast, butter & raspberry jam) tasty enough.

This a very good place to stay and l will recommend it to others. The staffs in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the cleanliness of the toilet which needs more improvement.Generally it is a very good place to stay.
