The house and rooms are beautiful, and the location is convenient. The bus stop is right outside the door and the bus takes you to the Royal Mile within 10 mins. The room was very cold (bring sweater and slippers!), even with the heating on all day. Temperature outside was 1-3°C (night) to 8-10°C (day), so not recommended when it's freezing. WiFi reception in the room was pretty poor. Lots of pre-packaged stuff at breakfast: the muffins, croissants, rolls and even pancakes are plastic-wrapped.
