El hostel es genial, pero su staff tiene muy pocas ganas de atender!

This place has a lot of potential, but the poor attitudes and incompetence of the staff ruined it. It took a full hour and a half to check out, due to basic laziness. The deafening (and horrible) music didn't help. There are way better places to stay in taganga, I don't recommend Benjamin at all, despite the amenities.

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at.. Great pool, music on all day, party atmosphere. Was gutted to have to leave.

Definitely a party place, music blasts from 10AM - 5AM, everyday. Great fun! Probably couldn't do any more than two days here though. Gorgeous and super clean with hot water!

I didn't enjoy my time here. The staff are unhelpful and indifferent and the vibe of the hostel is off. Hard to put my finger on why. Felt like a spring break party set. If you don't want to party all night to bad music then don't stay here. No window in dorm room I was in and no lockers or kitchen within the hostel.

Though I was not a huge, huge fan of Taganga itself, El Benjamin itself was like a hostel-cum-resort set on the north end of Taganga's beach. Great pool in the middle of the courtyard, hammocks on the roof, small gym, and basketball court. Was like Hostel California for some travelers - checked in and just never left the place! Wasn't exactly my type of scene with the various goings-on, but that's Taganga for ya!
