WORST HOSTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!! The techno music blares from 8am until 5am every day at a volume that would drive anyone insane! It is impossible to sleep or enjoy reading a book. The staff are the most rude, unhelpful and unwelcoming group of people I have ever met, especially the skinny, local girl. We are 20-25 year olds up for a party but this place was a migraine that wouldn't go away! Has so much potential in other ways, great food, fabulous pool, very cheap but this was irrelevant

Actually a really nice Hostel whit great Facilities. only problem didn't feel really welcome in the hostel... and thats the Main point for me in a hostel, feel like home and having a good time. if you are not from Israel i wouldent recomend this hostel!!

El hostel es genial, pero su staff tiene muy pocas ganas de atender!

This place has a lot of potential, but the poor attitudes and incompetence of the staff ruined it. It took a full hour and a half to check out, due to basic laziness. The deafening (and horrible) music didn't help. There are way better places to stay in taganga, I don't recommend Benjamin at all, despite the amenities.

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed at.. Great pool, music on all day, party atmosphere. Was gutted to have to leave.

Definitely a party place, music blasts from 10AM - 5AM, everyday. Great fun! Probably couldn't do any more than two days here though. Gorgeous and super clean with hot water!

I didn't enjoy my time here. The staff are unhelpful and indifferent and the vibe of the hostel is off. Hard to put my finger on why. Felt like a spring break party set. If you don't want to party all night to bad music then don't stay here. No window in dorm room I was in and no lockers or kitchen within the hostel.

you guys rock my world. we had an awesome new years with you. muchos gracias

Though I was not a huge, huge fan of Taganga itself, El Benjamin itself was like a hostel-cum-resort set on the north end of Taganga's beach. Great pool in the middle of the courtyard, hammocks on the roof, small gym, and basketball court. Was like Hostel California for some travelers - checked in and just never left the place! Wasn't exactly my type of scene with the various goings-on, but that's Taganga for ya!

Really cool place, so close to the beach , good music, very friendly and helpful staff, nice pool if you are too lazy to walk, gym is being set up, top level has views and soon will have hammocks too , all in all a good vibe

Best hostel in Taganga by far, don't waste your time anywhere else. Not for people looking to relax however, great place to party.

The hotel is SUPER well equipped. The pool, tv, games, and 24 hour restaurant are fantastic. Air conditioning in every room. The location is perfect. Quiet, near the town, and near the beach. The atmosphere is high energy techno music 10am to 12pm with a relaxed party vibe. There are no lockers in the dorm rooms, other than that the overall security is great. The owners/administrators are very helpful & friendly. The other works either can't handle some requests or don't want to, & rarely smile.
