This was a very central location, good kitchen facilities and ensuite bathroom in dorm was handy. The lockers were not working on my floor which was a pain but otherwise all ok. A good value for money place to rest your head in Bergen. I would recommend this hostel.

Really organized hostel.Thought through about self-check in. Friendly and nice atmosphere. I'd definitely like to spend more time there!

Great location but the hostel has a rather run-down, neglected feel to it. It's cheap but next time I'm in Bergen I'll happily pay more to stay somewhere else.

Everything was really nice. Little bit far away from the city center of paris but it is good because not that noisy and dirty at all. I really enjoyed and satisfied with staying in the hostel:)

It would be nice if you can provide separate dorm such as female dorm, male dorm, mixed dorm, etc...

I think its the only hostel in Bergen! Us two couples rented a four bed dorm which came with a bathroom. The main light in the room had blown out and the certain to the window was broken. The little roof top area is nice. The wiifii doesnt work in the rooms, if at all! The TV only has one channel and the paid computers were broken. Its a nice hostel - nothing you wouldnt except have any other yha There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hostel which is good and a 7/11 around the corner

Absolutely brilliant!! The location was fantastic, and the hostel had great facilities and was completely set up for tourists/travellers like myself. Really really recommend it to everyone I know thinking of visiting! Thankyou.

The kitchen should have a notice saying the hob only works if the timer is on. For 2 days in a row I saw at least 4 different groups of people trying to cook with no success because the hob didn't get warm enough. And please do something about the internet. There was several people on business which could not do their work. Even in the lounge room and the reception area the coverage was terrible and the internet was extremely slow. I think this is unacceptable as well as charge to use theirs.

The only real problem with this hostel is the disgracefully slow internet. Dial up would be faster. Apart from that it is an outstanding hostel in the best location possible in Bergen.

I really enjoyed my stay in YMCA hostel. It's a great place to meet new people from all over the world and to lay your head down for a beauty sleep There are 2 points that could use some improvement and that is room in the dormitory for your suitcases. And I've stay for a small week and I had only one warm shower ... But the location is great and we had very helpful and nice staff members

Cheapest in town, but strange. You need to use your keycard just to enter the bathrooms and common rooms etc. And they leave everyday at 3:30pm. Making it impossible to use bag storage after that if using night train. The local YMCA people were quite unfriendly. Using the main dining area and not even responding to a friendly hello.
