Nobody present when i arrived so i had to make international call & wait 20 mins in -10 before check in, shower curtain doesnt cover shower area and the shower holder is broken, the bed fell apart on me 3 times, the wifi didn't work in the work as promised unless you stand behind the door. No other facilities available. Electric power extensions including the one that powers shower look dangerous and in damp area, Would not go back or recommend. Staff were freindly enough but not the very often

The room was perfect, clean and cozy. Great price. We took a double room and the shower was right in front of the bed :) BUT There´s no staff, if anything goes wrong you are screwed. Upon arrival you collect the key from a Cafe near by, When check out time a woman shows up, get the money and disappear. My girl FORGOT the train ticket inside of the room, she realized one hour after and we COULDN´T GET INSIDE the hostel to search for it! Also is better to stay in East than West Berlin.

Buyer beware: we were not told that you could only pay with a credit card after 50 Euros and we had to withdraw extra cash on the day we left in order to pay because they would not budge. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Also, the breakfast is a joke, cold cuts and bread, especially given the fact that there are a myriad of places to eat - including two places right next door - which would serve you much better.
