It's worth what you pay: A regular room in a shared appartment with a fridge and a washing machine, at the ground floor. The room has one big window from which you can enter directly from the street. The cleaning of the bathroom was OK. The neighbourhood lies almost in the outskirts, but it didn't feel unsafe anyway. The address given is that of the owner, you have to bell to the appartment of the person who contacts you by email for confirmation. Important to note that you have to pay in cash.

First tip for bookers: call the hostel when you arrive, it can't be found by any nameplate, sign or anything else that would suggest there is a hostel at the location. The hostel is no more than a room with a bed and a shared old bathroom. The facilities are old, but do what they have to. If you are looking for a place where you only sleep at night, this will do. Are you looking for an environment to spend more time, I recommend to look for another place.
It was a bit difficult to find the hostel. No names written in the address, there was no sign. Manager friendly and helpful. Each available home appliances, washing machine, microwave, dryer. But they are too old. Home 8 minutes walk from the U-Bahn Boddinstr station.
Very basic apartment, fairly close to the u-bahn and about 25 minutes walk from the s-bahn. Very helpful, friendly properly owner but it wasn't particularly clean when we arrived. Great value for money though and great place to stay for a couple of cheap nights!
