We really enjoyed our stay in this b&b! Perfect location and clean room with everything you need (including breakfast). We had the deluxe room, ensuite. It was like having our own mini-appartment in Köln. The only thing that could be improved is taking away the layer of dust which was on the heater.

Everything amazing. Viktor is a very friendly host. It's almost a hotel. There are waters, juices, coffee, tea, pastries, cheese, bread... Available (and being replenished) throughout the day and NOT ONLY during the breakfast. Highly recommended Thanks a lot

Nice host who let us store our bags early so we could explore the city. Facilities were nice and clean and was a quiet place to rest while on the road. Would recommend this place to other travelers!

Very good location, close to shopping street, as shopping was our purpose of visit. Breakfast included.

we miss a table in the room, because we cooked there but we couldn´t seat confortable to eat we miss some pens and paper to write too but all was nice!!!, clean, in the center of the city, free towels, tv, wifi...

the place was very hard to find. There was no sign, Finally found a doorbell with the name. The room was fairly small withal time construction right outside the window. The breakfast, which was included was: a loaf of bread to make our own toast, a small yogurt each day and orange juice. We expected a real breakfast. Also, the stairways were very dark..
