Great place to stay in Jungfrau. Restaurant is great and prices are fair for Swiss standards but expensive for the rest of Europe. Kitchen is good but lacks an oven.

Great location. Located in the centre of Bern. Day passes for transportation included in the tourist taxes, so can just take the tram or buses to everywhere.

This is a well equipped hostel in a really central location - comfortable, a good kitchen and common area, and lots of info on things to do in the area.

Had an amazing stay here! Only suggestion is to maybe look into 24 hr reception or at least more robust hours.

Excellent location & really friendly staff

decent hostel, but I guess the main thing that irritated me was that reception wasn't open when i arrived, early afternoon. so i mark staff down for not being there when i needed them!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The owner even suggested for us to take a boat from Thun to Interlaken. The location is near most of the monuments and the 12 line from the train station. Overall a very nice stay!

The hostel is excellent, nice atmosphere with very good people the staff is very good and professional.

As we just spent one night at the location it is quite difficult to give an opinion about it. But anyway, it seemed to be a really good choice for the money we spent. It was quiet, clean and very centrally located. As far as I can judge, I would recommend this location to everyone.

Price may seem salty, but, you know, it's Switzerland.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay a full night here because our family friends wanted us to stay with them. But the hostel is super clean and nice looking, you get big lockers for yourself and they help you with tons of things to do in Bern. Wish we couldve stayed longer. Totally reccomend it!

Comfortable and clean. I would stay here again!

Hostel ins situated slap bang in the middle of Bern, making everywhere accessible. The hostel even provides you with a tram pass which allows you to travel in the 2 zones of Bern for free for the duration of your stay - although you probably won't need it unless you're really lazy!! Rooms are spacious and the communal area is large and always kept clean. Washing facilities are available at low cost. Cycle companies allow you to hire bikes for free all over the city - easy access to the Aare!

It was clean and the paint wasn't peeling off the walls etc like a lot of other hostels, and the location was good but it was a pretty poor service for the money we paid. €150 for literally just a bed. Kitchen had no oven so limited as to what you can cook, given the price of eating out in Bern this made meals more complicated. Not to mention for €150 there wasn't even breakfast included and they wanted to charge €20 per day for some toast?! Staff not the friendliest either.

Great hostel for budget backpacker, located in the town just next to the clock tower, but there is a bar downstairs so would be a bit noisy at night, but it's ok for me

Extras like towel, laundry, were unusually costly. No staff from 1200 to 1500.

It would be nice if the Australian busabout users of the hostel respected it more rather than being rowdy in the dorm after drinking to 2 am. Maybe busabout could advise their clients to respect their dropoff points more fairly.

Nice hostel with a great breakfast included! the only issue was the trek to get to the hostel itself. Its a steep walk up to the hostel itself which is annoying unless you can catch the bus, which stops running around 6pm :(

Helpful staff, especially when we needed to stay an extra night last minute. Good kitchen and common room. Bedrooms were nice, and big secure lockers for dorms.

Very nice hostel in an excellent location. Rooms were well equipped with storage lockers and sinks. Bathroom facilities were well maintained and clean. Nice staff and a very nice common area. An excellent hostel all in all!
