very Very good

I needed to be in Bern for a short period of time and the hostel offered a good and nice affordable option.

This pace was great :) Awesome location, nice-clean rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is great and so was the common room. Great to meeting people or just for chilling. I had a great time. The reception could have been hours and it would be nice if the wifi worked in the rooms (but I was on the 4th floor so that could be why). Very minor things.

Hostel staff was friendly ,but they were very short-staffed. WiFi only worked in lounge. When I went to print out boarding pass, tje printer didn't work, I lost my money and no one was available to offer help

Good location in Bern, near stores and restaurants and an easy walk to the river. Rooms had lockers. Wi-fi in the lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good hostel for meeting fellow travelers. I would recommend this hostel.

Only minus is the club downstairs of which the music is hearable AND feelable even on the fourth floor. Also the cleaning ladies are really loud even before check-out. Just bring ear plugs cause the location is unbeatable =)

Staff was non exsitant and no one was veey friendly or made an effort to comunicate. Also there is a club under the hostel that goes late on Friday and saturday and there aee tons of people waiting outside the hostel to get into the club and hey share an entrance.

The hostel was very clean and calm. There was an elevator to go upstairs and that was confortable. We can use the kitchen well equipped. The only thing that gives me something lacking was the Wi-fi. In the rooms, it doesn't work. But we can use the Wi-fi in the lobby and the kitchen.

This hostel is definitely great! Absolutely to recommend!

Really loved the commons area and the kitchen was always kept clean. Staying in Switzerland always carrties with it a hefty price but this will probably be the best value of hostels to stay at. Rooms were nice and bathrooms were nearby. Staff wasn't over eager to be involved but they were still nice enough!

The hostel is very well located and that's an advantage. The staff was correct but not very kind. When we arrived we had to make our own beds.. I know it's a hotel but it's uncomfortable to waste your time on that issues. Also, we had to unmake the beds when we left! The common room it was ok. In my opinion, the worst thing is the existance of a disco in the basement of the building, even we were slepping in the third flloor we could hear the music till late and nobody warned us about this!

I really liked the common area with a big well equipped kitchen, vending machines, wifi and kept clean.

The hostel's location is pretty cool, right in the center of the Old Town. Rooms and facilities are clean, you get a locker for your stuff for free. There aren't that many showers for guests, but I never had a problem with it. The common room was great, there's a TV and free tea for everyone. Staff wasn't always the nicest. One tiny flaw: There was no soap in the bathroom when I arrived, and there still wasn't any when I left two days later.

So clean and organized! Wish they had breakfast because the food is so expensive there

I appreciated my stay at the hostel, though there is a bar inside the building which made it really difficult to sleep... Very great location, could'nt be better! Bring earplugs & enjoy beautiful Bern!

This hostel was the cleanest, friendliest, well set out hostel I've been to in all my travels. There's kitchen and laundry facilities, the bathrooms are always clean, there is tonnes of information about Bern and its surroundings, the staff are friendly, the bedrooms are large and well set out with large lockers. It is located in a very central position in the middle of the old city. I would absolutely recommend you stay here.

I loved this hostel! Staff was very helpful, the room was big and clean, with big lockers. They have a small but very useful lift. Bathroom was very clean and had a cloth towel, which was great! Common room is big, has couches, tables, and a kitchen. They even offer movies for you to watch at night! Great hostel!

Great Hostel, Very near to the Station.

I like the atmosphere of the place. The room is small and there is a special smell that I don't like.
