We woke up in the morning to our water being shut off and loud construction noises. We luckily had taken showers the night before and had water bottles so we could brush our teeth. The staff was not in any way apologetic about our lack of water, which we consider a basic amenity in any hotel or hostel. We suggested that we should get a discount on our room due to this, and instead they threatened to charge the credit card. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
The location is good, near the train station, but there no free of charge wifi in the hotel even lobby, it costs 5 euros per device per 24 hours, and the room was ok.
Our room was located right next to elevator bank which was extremely loud, we found a small spider on our bed when we first walked in and there was construction going on at 7 A.M. the following morning in the staircase next to our room. Luckily, we were leaving early for a flight but was definitely not ideal either way and they charged $5 for Wi-Fi PER DEVICE, PER ROOM when bars and restaurants offer it for free.
I never thought to pay for WiFi nowadays at a hotel, but yeah it's 5 euro's for 24 hours.
A very helpful member of staff was kind enough to check us in on flights online and print our boarding passes, A nice touch!!
The room is too small, the lift door is too narrow and they charge services like wi-fi.
