The room is so small and the bed looks a little bit dirty. However, I love the breakfast

It was very hot in Milan when we went, the whole point of booking this place was that it had air conditioning, but however it wasnt working, not happy!

save your time & money this place is like a prison. the only reason why i chose to stay in this place for one night was that it was close to the train station to get out of milan! no fun, no visitors allowed. have to hand over your doorpass when you leave, wifi 4 euros an hour! elevator crammed, carpet smells. you should have seen the old doorman chase me into the elevator because I didn\'t show him my door pass. as you eat breakfast the breakfast staff will watch you like prison guards as you

When dropped off by the bus at midnight on Sunday I couldn't tell to walk up the stairs or go up the hill. A more direct sign would be good. Also, didn't know if I could get to my Malpensa connection soon enough on my way back, so didn't stay there at the end, although would have liked to. Great place!
