Beside Pisa Airport Reviews

We had a reservation a the hostel, but the adress was a house, where there was nobody to receive us. We where given no information as to how to reach to staff of the hostel. We had no other option then to find another hotel to stay at.

I showed up in the middle of the night, as per my check in time, only to be denied and turned away. They said they didn't have me in the system, so I had to walk around Pisa in the dark with all of my luggage looking for a place to stay. I later checked my email and found my confirmation letter from them saying I had successfully booked my room. I chose this place for its boasted convenience, but it was the most inconvenient experience I've had thus far traveling Europe.

the bathroom was very dirty, not been cleaned after the previous people left. when you book, make sure you call them to double check they have got your booking!! also very noisy, not because of other guests, but because of the crazy lady living upstaires who starts shouting at 7 am until late at night. i stayed 2 nights, and every morning she has been walking, shouting and slamming the front door, waking me up at 7! if you are looking for a clean and quiet place to sleep, dont go there!!!!!

More like a hotel than a hostel. I shared a room with an American girl who thought she was gonna be alone but the owner was such a nice guy we were all just cool about it! I wish him all the best with his business because it is great to see genuinely nice people doing well :) definitely stay here again if in Pisa

Had to wait about 40mins for the owner to arrive when we first got there to let us in, but it was made up for by him dropping us off to the leaning tower etc. good place to stay if you have an early late flight as it is literrly a 5 min walk max...but if you were looking to meet people this probably isn't the place.

Very convenient hostel if you're catching a flight in early morning, as you can literally walk to the terminal! When we arrived there wasn't anyone, but by ringing the bell it called the girl who takes care of it, opened the door for us, and came later for the check in. The rooms are new, clean and spacious, and there's a kettle and coffee/teas for free. Although we booked 2 beds in a 4-bed dorm, we were given a double.
