My group enjoyed our stay at your hostel. It had everything we needed, and it was in a FANTASTIC location! The staff was very kind to us, we felt safe, and the breakfast was good. It wasn't the most characteristic or clean hostel we've stayed at, but nevertheless, I would recommend this hostel to a friend.

A bad experience! We booked the 20 beds shared tent but there neither was a tent nor a bed. Just a roofterras. We got the choice to stay and pay extra or leave, at 00.30 am with pooring rain outside. We totally felt like tricked into comming and met quite some other guests who had the same experience. After this start they continued to treat us abominabily. I traveled all over the world and this was the worst experience I ever had in a hostel. Appart from this the hostel was ok by the way.

We had a great stay at Best Island. It was comfortable and quiet, and the location was extremely convenient.

We spent in hostel 10 days. Location of the hostel is excellent. The hostel is located about 5 minutes walk from Topkapi Palace. Safety of the hostel is excellent. Hostel is monitored by video cameras. Internet in the room sometimes works and sometimes doesnt work.With internet we had sometimes problems. Breakfast is the same every day (egg, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, cheese, salami). Cleanliness of the room was good, the shower and toilet were sometimes dirty. Staff at the hotel was helpful.

This hostel is very nice and it has very good athmosphere, at the best location. But on the top floor you can't close the wc. Sometimes there is no paper and soap. The staff how nice and friendly is, it depends on their mood... Save the little piece of paper you got at check in. Withuout it, you may can't get back the deposit.

the hostel is build cheaply and it shows however it s in a great location 50m away from agya sophia and topkapi palace it s incredibly cheap but could benefit from adding a locker for each bed the main problem is that the hostel sells tours and tickets so when you ask for information you might not get the best reply for example the hostel sells bosphorous tour for 15 euros when you can do one for 5 euros at the dock or sells bus tickets for izmir for 70 liras when you can get them for 50

You get what you pay for, but don't expect too much. Annoyingly no shower or toilet facilities for people in private rooms on the lower floor. Breakfast was good. Staff pretty helpful. Location really good.

Staff behavior is very rude. They need to learn what customer services are. All floors were smelly. washrooms are very bad. I feel, it was not a good plan to choose this cheap hostel.

I had a wonderful experience at Best Island Hostel, it was in a great location which was close to getting to transportation. The staff were amazing and a lot of help when needed to know how to get to places and booking tours and taxis for us. overall a good experience.

This hoslet is located in very convenient place, just in 5 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and from night bars of Sultanakhmet area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is also presented.

THE BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE STAY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED SO FAR! IF YOU REALLY WANT TO SPEND A GOOD TIME DURING YOUR STAY, BEST ISLAND HOSTEL WOULD BE A GREAT CHOICE FOR YOU.

The room is extremely small....and cleanliness is bad. Reception lady didn't give good service.

the hostel was in construction.The room smelled of fresh paint and the walls weren't good isolated so it was freezing inside. Moreover there were tools and pieces of construction all er the place.Even the shower fell off while I was having a shower. a I

i very much enjoyed my stay in Best island hostel, trully authentic turkish style, everything was perfect, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay from the beginning of the trip, the breakfast was nice, the rooms aclean and tidy.. just all that you need of an excellent hostel, i trully recommend this hostel for everyone thinking about visiting Turkey, see you again Vulkan, u helped alot!!!

The hostel is ina perfect location and if you book a bed in dorm on the roof you get magnificent views of the hagia sofia, its a great value for your money as you get brkfast in the morning also. However some members of the staff seem to be annoyed that you are there especially the young girl who was at the reception.

very nice place, we had a really good time with the owner. the location is perfect; i really recommend you this place it is cheap and clean.

There are very small rooms, they didn't give us invoice, the internet connection was very poor. We stayed to 14 PM in the Hotel and they put our lagguages on the corridor,they does'nt give us a rom for our baggages.
