We offer a free pick up service from the Willesden Green Station (zone 2, jubilee line.) within the following hours.
Monday - Saturday : 11am-5:45pm
Sunday : 11am - 3:30pm

If you are delayed, or think you may arrive outside of these hours, please let us know, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to do a 'self check in', and our staff will meet you at the property the following morning.
