The room was very dirty. We called about this and a cleaner was send, without cleaning equipement and cleaning skills. To clean the shower and toilet he took a cooking pot from the kitchen (WTF!!). The cleaner brushed away the dirty spots on the floor we pointed out but nothing beyond that. The kitchen was a mess with dirty plates in the cubboard (which was also not clean). No internet, no refund for broken dryer (as was promised). Staff contradict each other.

we're a bit disappointed.we booked "3 bed private ensuite".Even if in the website we could see plenty of photos showing the shared kitchen and different kinds of meals we were expecting to taste for breakfast,we hadn't any of these services advertised! no breakfast, no shared kitchen, no living room, no TV. We paid for an option but the facts turned out differently!we point out also the poor cleanness of the bathroom and the low safe level of the building:the gate was always open.

Long term stay type hostel. Great facilities. It's a bit of a trek into town but not its not bad either.

The place is owned by a large accommodation company and definitely has more a long term living feel than a social place to meet other travellers. The place I was put into was not the one in the pictures shown here, as they own many in the area. Breakfast was only toast despite the description saying it included eggs and hash browns. I met only one other native english speaker during my stay of over a week.

I thought that this was quite a nice hostel. More like a home. Staff were great and responded quickly to any issues. My only complaint was that the heating didnt work on one of the floors snd we werent given any additional blankets. I thought that the breakfast was adequate.

this hostel was great. the people staying here made me feel so welcome. i found the staff very helpful. the beds are fresh and new just like the hostel... the breakfast was a good start to my day... my only problem with this hostel was the coffee but i guess this is a budget hostel so i will let that one go. i will 100% be staying here next time i am in London but i will bring my own coffee ha ha ha thanks best London hostel (you are the best hostel in London)

I really enjoyed the oppertunity for a private room and it was at a wonderful price. I do wish that we had toast or something for breakfast because I think the website said there would be breakfast.
