We were picked up at the hostel within 20 minutes and brought to a different address after calling about the reservation. This was closer to the underground station and we got upgraded to an ensuite room with no additional costs. Room, bed and bathroom were nice and clean. Shared kitchen was fine too. Walls are thin, but no noise at night. Overall a good experience.

For the price this was excellent. I was with with my wife and 2 kids and although some things looked a bit tired, everything worked well. There was decent wifi, toilets and showers. The room had 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds, it had good storage, a tv, a cooker, a fridge and a sink. My wife has a bad back but found the bed comfortable. I would say that we were at 78 Anson Road and there are several sites which is not clear on booking.

The place where we stayed was nice. We had to wait two hours for the lady to come and give us our key to our room and check us in, which was annoying. Apart from that there were no problems.

the hostel seems to have several buildings… therefore you never know in which one you will end up… that was unexpected and not fair to advertise it this way! i was also disappointed by the cleanliness of the building i was in. i already stayed in many hostels, but this one was really the worst concerning cleanliness. the atmosphere was alright. nice kitchen… not clean of course, but still good equipped. i would recommend to spend a bit more money to stay somewhere clean +closer to the Centre

Not sure wheter the price is reasonable or not (London isn't the cheapest city after all) but the breakfasts are AMAZING in here :) But the walls are to thin, you can clearly hear everything what's happening in the kitchen. And the room that we had was pretty cold :(

No reception desk was an inconvenience since we had no one to ask questions about the city. Room was fine, bathrooms were good but not enough.

It's defenitely very good for the money u spend!! i would recomend it!! the only bad things was a broken bed that took one day to be fixed!! But for the rest everything very fine!

Good and comfitable place! The adress on hostelworld is wrong, but what the map shows is correct. quite near to tube Kilburn. Since the adress is not correct, you can use their free pick up service or do confirm about the correct adress with them. By the way, here's no reception in the hostel, but the syaffs are kind. =)

No staff on site can be hard to contact staff after 6pm

This is definitely NOT a hostel for travelers. If you are looking for a weekend long trip do not stay here! It is basically an old house, with too many bunk beds crammed into each room. People have been living in this place for months. There is no safe lockers to put your things, the bathrooms and small and rarely cleaned. People also smoked inside ALL the time. It smelt horrible. Location is extremely far from the center of London. This place completely ruined my vacation. Go somewhere else!!!!
