This is a hostel, sold under the name of a Hotel Chain. Breakfast is across the road in the First Hotel restaurant, which was not totally comfortable in minus 8 degr C. Parking underground in First Hotel a bonus. Hotel owned and run by a student organisation, so all profits go into better or cheaper student housing, which is a concept I like. If not on business trip, I wold use the hotel again. On Business, I generally want a higher (and more expensive) standard.
