Positive: close to main attractions (nobel museum, christmas market) negative: after booking, you will receive a confirmation email from the hostel providing you the passcode of the hostel front door, if you lost it you will never be able to get in upon arrival, the reception will not open the door for you (even during reception opening hour, bad experience!)

Worst Hostel I have ever been to. Keycards did not work after 3 hours, Staff was not here to fix the problem and did not answer to several requests via email and SMS. Toilet was very dirty and the kitchen was extremly small and has no stove, you can not cook in this hostel! The only good thing to mention is the location, but trust me, do not go there.

There were no lockers in the room and the reception is not open for very long.

The hostel has a great location (near to royal palace, churches, Nobel museum, National museum) but its facilities is very poor. The bathrooms were dirty and the kitchen didn't have stove or oven.

worst hostel i went to in 7 weeks of traveling in europe. 24 people in one room is INHUMANE. obviously i chose it because it was heaps cheaper than the next room but damn. no common space, no real kitchen, and we were packed in like sardines.

The major problem was the shower situation, since 2 showers weren't working and the other 3 showers were occupied for quite a long time and kind of dirty. There is some improvement possible, like separated showers and WCs. The kitchen is very small and there is no cooking possibility. Coffee is free, that's really awesome!

I was very disappointed that there were no computer working, nor internet connection even when I had my own laptop and phone. And when things don't work out, I believe it is the responsibility of the hostel to find out the alternatives, but there was nothing until I went to the staff and asked for it, and make them find alternatives more than once. I would say they were kind, but quite passive.

The staff was really helpful and nice! It would've been nice to have a few more bathrooms available and more power sockets that are accessible to people on the top of bunk beds, but my stay was comfortable overall.

A really excellent location, just behind the castle of Stockholm, near coffee, restaurant and shop, actually in the middle of everything. The down points is that there is not a real kitchen (only fridge, microwave, and coffe machine), the cleanliness of the bathrooms not really good when there is a lot of people, and the wifi was not working. But the dorm was really nice, with included linen and the location to meet other people. And the staff was really helpfull and nice.

no window no air at downstairs .
