Positive: close to main attractions (nobel museum, christmas market) negative: after booking, you will receive a confirmation email from the hostel providing you the passcode of the hostel front door, if you lost it you will never be able to get in upon arrival, the reception will not open the door for you (even during reception opening hour, bad experience!)

Worst Hostel I have ever been to. Keycards did not work after 3 hours, Staff was not here to fix the problem and did not answer to several requests via email and SMS. Toilet was very dirty and the kitchen was extremly small and has no stove, you can not cook in this hostel! The only good thing to mention is the location, but trust me, do not go there.
There were no lockers in the room and the reception is not open for very long.

The hostel has a great location (near to royal palace, churches, Nobel museum, National museum) but its facilities is very poor. The bathrooms were dirty and the kitchen didn't have stove or oven.
worst hostel i went to in 7 weeks of traveling in europe. 24 people in one room is INHUMANE. obviously i chose it because it was heaps cheaper than the next room but damn. no common space, no real kitchen, and we were packed in like sardines.
The major problem was the shower situation, since 2 showers weren't working and the other 3 showers were occupied for quite a long time and kind of dirty. There is some improvement possible, like separated showers and WCs. The kitchen is very small and there is no cooking possibility. Coffee is free, that's really awesome!
I was very disappointed that there were no computer working, nor internet connection even when I had my own laptop and phone. And when things don't work out, I believe it is the responsibility of the hostel to find out the alternatives, but there was nothing until I went to the staff and asked for it, and make them find alternatives more than once. I would say they were kind, but quite passive.
The staff was really helpful and nice! It would've been nice to have a few more bathrooms available and more power sockets that are accessible to people on the top of bunk beds, but my stay was comfortable overall.
A really excellent location, just behind the castle of Stockholm, near coffee, restaurant and shop, actually in the middle of everything. The down points is that there is not a real kitchen (only fridge, microwave, and coffe machine), the cleanliness of the bathrooms not really good when there is a lot of people, and the wifi was not working. But the dorm was really nice, with included linen and the location to meet other people. And the staff was really helpfull and nice.
Pretty bad big dorm room - no storage, no ventillation and my bed was touching two on either side. Good value for stockholm. I didn't love the location even though many would. Because it is in gamlastan there are only expensive tourist reataurants (which of courae isn't the hostels fault). I traveled to other parts to eat and see the real city.

No cooking facility. Key safe (for after reception closing) doesn't work properly...

Very happy with my stay here. The staff was fanastic and helped us find everything from a place for traditional Swedish food to microbreweries in Stockholm. The beds and rooms were nice as well. The showers were not the best/not very clean and the ventilation system in all of the showers appears to be broken. I would recommend bringing flip-flops to wear!
Excellent central location in Old Town. Taxis from C Rail Station will rip you off charging to US$100 (625 kr) for 1.5km ride and then old town is mainly vehicle free so you may not be much closer when dropped off. Taxis run a scam on new arrivals and will put you in the high costs cabs and give you the runaround. Always check taxi rates displayed on vehicle. Keep your own toilet paper in reserve. Crowded little kitchen but free coffee.
You definitely need some staff 24 hours a day!!!
Amazing location! Super friendly staff and great atmothsphere ! 100% recommend and will definitely come back!
Very dirty place, huge dorm (24 bed) with 3 levels of bed towers with not enough ventilation, kitchen with pans but no heater except a microwave (???), no common room except the kitchen where only less than 10 people can fit.
Nice hostel, no staff outside office hours, hard to reach by phone but emails answered promptly. Microwave only in kitchen made cooking evening meal more difficult
Really really good position. Next to the main square, opposite the Nobel museum. Stockholm was quite an expensive city which makes the cost even better. The kitchen was a little small but there was communal pasta to use which was fantastic. The wifi was great worked all over and was quite fast. The only major issue was a bell on the island which mark every quarter hour through the night. This made good sleep hard. But the position was so good it could make up for many failings.
