Best hostel Old Town Reviews

The location is absolutely great, just in the heart of Gamla Stan. There is big window in the room, which is also great. It's also very thoughtful to provide free coffee and tea in the kitchen. However, there were bed bugs!!! It's my first time to get bitten, so at first i was just suspicious, but then at the next night i saw them existing on my and my roommate's bed.

Clean, lovely kitchen and common area, free pasta & coffee (two filter machines), clean showers and toilets, room adequate. Nice place, great location. The desk is meant to be open to 17:00, but when I arrived at 16:30 I found no staff. Another guy had been trying to get in since 16:00, and later found his same-day booking had been cancelled. The main number went straight to voicemail, but luckily the out-of-hours number worked. Don't book same day, phone ahead if arriving in afternoon or later!

Amazing hostel in a very good location. Also really quite during the night! Very good beds, nice character of the building and the rooms. No lockers in the rooms though...

Best hostel Old Town is placed on the heart of Stockholm, just in front of Nobel museum, so it's perfect to organize a tour of the city. It's quite clean, but i don't like the kitchen and common space because are very small and the reception is open only few hours, so it's difficult to have information.

Nice, clean, marvellous location. The kitchen/dining room could need a renovation and some more seats. It must be difficult to get a seat there during the summer season. Staff first days too young and shy. Last day another very efficient woman. Definitely a place we would return to and recommend to other travellers.

Wonderful location and good facility. Room is pretty and clean. Stuff also helpful. Best choice in the old city.

Kind staff, awesome location just a few steps behind the King's castle. Atmosphere was a little bit "dingy" because I was almost only person in hostel 'cause it was weekday and winter'. Hostel were furnished with good style and it was Scandinavian quality.

I stayed in the hostel for three nights and had a very nice time! The position of the hostel is just perfect!just next to the castle and the nobel Museum. The rooms are not too big but very cosy and clean. The bathrooms very always clean. The kitchen is moden and offers everything you need to cook your own meal. The Internet connection was excellent,I was very surprised about that! I would reccommend the hostel!

Had a good time here, the location was absolutely fantastic! No complaints about the service, comfort or cleanliness. Would have been good to have just some small cupboards secured with individualised keys to secure high-value items such as passports, electronics or excess cash, just in case. Otherwise a great stay :)
