Thank you for your compliments of Staff Nikki, I have thanked her personally. Investigated with team. Guest appears not to understand English very well and or appears to have misunderstood instructions on checking in with Nikki. There are 5 breakfast sets available for the voucher given and breakfast time is from 8am -11am. After breakfast hours, if the breakfast voucher is still not claimed, the guest can use it to as a discount of main course items. eg Toasted Ham & Cheese sandwich with fries for S$1 after the voucher discount. As for the internet time, the guest simply did not read the instructions nor understand the instructions given verbally; free 30minutes is for a single session, ironically we have given her 35 minutes and she walked away from 10minutes without telling us and the computer was held up by her session for the remainder while she was away. Wifi is totally free and unlimited but oddly she did not comment about that. There are more toilets on different floors to use but again she didn't understand the instructions given. Cleanliness is an issue when the hostel is fairly full, we will be stepping up our hourly checks and cleaning; she should not have kept silent while she felt that she has suffered.
