Love this place! Conveniently located near the main areas of pub street, old market and night market (a 5 minute stroll). Ample tour agencies to set up any tours you want. The attached restaurant is affordable and has great variety. Rooms are spacious. Only downside is that the water from the taps and shower came out smelling like rust.

Chanh and Minh and the rest of the staff were amazing, sending a cab to the airport for us and waking up to let us in early in the morning. They helped us get to all the things we wanted to visit and gave us tips for navigating the world of Saigon. They also make a delicious breakfast for their guests which keeps you going during the day. Traveling as a family, with a 3 year old, can be tricky but they put our mind at ease.

An excellent place to stay in HCMC. Facilities are top notch and bettered only by the helpfulness of the staff. Great breakfast, lots of local info and help from staff and a fantastic location in the backpacker area of Saigon. The manager of the hostel could not do enough for me and his advice and help were both invaluable in making my stay in Saigon very memorable.

A fantastic place to stay. A great location just metres from all the backpacker streets and amenities. The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you. They booked all my onward bus trips and sorted excursions and pointed me in the direction of places to see and eat in Ho Chi Minh. Would recommend this to everyone.

A great place to stay in the backpackers quarter. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we were staying was a good size (room 103) and was always clean. The hotel is close to lots of bars and places to eat too. The Hotel recommends a noodle bar just round the corner which was very good and cheap too. Would return to hotel if I am back in Saigon.

Hochi Minh City was our last stop in Vietnam. At the advice of TravelGuide we stayed at the Bich Duyen Hotel. We were happy with the cleanliness of the room, the location - but best of all was the staff - particularly a young male staff member Chanh, who went above and beyond expectations to accomadate us. We both agreed we'd landed the jackpot staying at the Bich Duyen. Breakfast was the only service which really could have been improved on - but that may be due to our particular diets anyway

Found out management keeps passports in the top drawer NOT locked - very insecure.

Fantastic value for money! Staff are absolutely fantastic! Always so happy and cheerful and willing to help in every possible way. They have good organised tours to the tunnels and city tour from the hotel also. Great showers! Finally one that doesn't flood the entire bathroom! (You'll know what I mean if you have ever travelled cheaply in Asia) Right in the heart of the tourist district close to restaurants and bars but situated down an alley so the noise doesn't reach the hotel at all.

First impression is scary as it is in a tiny busy laneway, but fromt he start the service was always excellent and helpful. Location is good, beds comfy and rooms are clean.

Fantastic place to stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and helped us book our ongoing bus connection and arranged for us to be picked up. Rooms were actually luxurious with en suite bedrooms and tvs. Wish we could've stayed longer!
