Customer service was amazing. Great location, in the centre of the backpacking area but very quiet. I have recommended to other travellers I have met that are heading to Saigon.

Great staff, very helpful booking trips and calling locally to assist with travel and visit. I arrived at 6am and was able to get shower when I arrived and leave bags which was very nice.

The guys at Bich Duyen were great they were very accomodating in every way from information and tours to letting me in late in the night/morning. Everything was clean, breakfast was good. Definately the best accomodation I had in my 2 weeks in Vietnam. Thanks again to chanh and tanh

Very nice and friendly staff with excellent English abilities!! Airport pick up no problem. WiFi, clean and quiet(!) rooms and bathrooms... simply absolutely nothing to complain about. Just one thing to point out: if you come to the hotel on your own, it very hard to find because it is in a tiny side road (that's why it is so quiet). If you are at the bar "ALLEZ BOO" (very easy to find) follow the road about 50m, then turn left through an underpass (looks like a backyard).

construction next door was disturbing. It wakes you up at 7.30am whether or not you want to sleep in.

Arrived at the hotel after getting off the Train from Nah trang, could not check in till 12pm but was able to leave my with the hotel. Staff were very helpful, helping me to sort out tours to the Viet Cong Tunnels, provided me with a wake up call as requested and even provided me with a breakfast bap to take on my tour as they had turned up early! The room I had had no window, which was a small let down but it was clean tidy with a massive TV. :)

Second time I've stayed at this hotel, can never fault it, the staff, especially Chanh, are friendly and helpful - anytime I've had a question or needed something organised there was no hesitation and they were always more than happy to help. For the price you can't fault it - definitely my hotel of choice in Ho Chi Minh!

Fantastic stay at the Bich Duyen hotel. The location is fantastic. The staff at reception are the most friendly and helpful that we have encountered in South East Asia.

We had a very enjoyable stay- the staff was upbeat and a real pleasure to work with, and we felt very well taken care of. The took care of every need we had- airport pickups, questions, and always with a smile. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and spacious for the size of the room, and we loved the location! Walking distance to many bars, tourist destinations, and restaurants! We will definitely stay there the next time we visit Ho Chi Minh City!
