Thanks for making my Istanbul trip so memorable! I saw so many sights and made such good friends that I already want to come back in the summer or spring. Your staff was super friendly especally redvan and receptionist polat , you're the best! Security was tight an the facilities were clean, beds were comfy and the common area was chill. Best hostel I've stayed in! keep up the good work guys. I'll be back ,,, Would absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Istanbul

I will return to Big Apple when I visit Istanbul again in May. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I really enjoyed the place, the people working there are really nice, the breakfast is very good also and from there you can go to everywhere by walking. I completely recommend it.

The toilet could be better.

Big apple hostel ıs a exellent hostel, ıts everythıng a hostel should be, warm and welcomıng. The staff are excellent, so helfull amd great fun. Super locatıon, ıts close to everythıng.Breakfast was good, What to say: great location, really clean, funny and realy helpfull stuff .......and the view from the tarace!!!!!!!!!! We enjoy so i encourage you you try:)

I would recommend it to everyone and I would definitely stay there again should I have the change to get back to Istanbul. Go for it, it will be great! The staff were really helpful and very friendly. the Rooftop bar/breakfast area sea ​​view fantastic. Would highly recommend. Clean, quiet and top location. Thank you!

Hostel was so great and wonderful, rooms were clean, tidy. Breakfast was buffet meal, that was so delicous. So, I want to come again. As for me, the hostel is the best hostel in Sultanahmet. Workers are kind, polite and helpful. If you want to go to İstanbul, I advice Big Apple Hostel.

Big Apple hostel, amazıng I booked 6 Dorm beds are fantastic! and so is the staff. The private rooms are very good. Breakfast is nice The staff were very welcoming and helpful and everyone was very friendly.ı miss big Apple hostel breakfast chocolate eggs, cheese, cucumber .tomato . olive . fruit juices I wıll come back agaın . Everyone that worked behind the front desk was very helpful, friendly, and willing to give honest advice about what to do and where to go. The location makes getting to all of the main atttractions an easy walk.

Big Apple is centrally located in Sultanahmet, right next to all the sights worth seeing. The staff is incredibly friendly. There are small lockers for personal belongings and keys to lock rooms (even dorms). The free breakfast in the morning is quite a spread with free coffee and tea. The upper lounge has an amazing view of the Bosphorus & Sea of Marmara. When I return to Istanbul, I will be staying with them again.

We found the hostel disappointing, lacking any soul the staff were friendly enough but something felt lacking. The roof top terrace lacked any life and the coffee was pretty awful.

A great place to stay in perfect location: less than 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque/ Hagia Sophia; many restaurants and cafes very close. Nice roof terrace with sea-view where breakfast is served; breakfast is good (tea/ coffee, juice, eggs, cheese, jam, butter, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, yoghurt, honey, olives, bread... Also good for older people, because it is quite quiet, not much activities/ party inside the hostel. There is free internet (3 computers in the lounge) and free wifi, TV

Big Apple Hostel is in a great location and easy to find using the directions on Hostelworld. Good breakfast on the terrace. Private room was very clean and had nice hot showers w/ towels. Some of the staff really need to improve their people skills (except Gokhan). They're pleasant while you're checking in but can get quite rude. Not allowed to bring in alcohol and the "bar" on terrace was never open. "Dry" hostel should be mentioned on website.

really clean and pleasant and a nice change after the hostel we were in before - avoid the harmony hostel in istanbul!!!!!!

IT`S very nice and incledvly staff .I never seen like this hostel in the world.If you go there you feel my idea.

Staff could have been more friendly, but it was a good stay and the room was comfortable and clean.
