Had a great time at the hostel and the staff was great, but found a used used sanitary napkin in my closet the day I arrived. Wtf..

Tthe Hostel was one of the best i have stayed ever. Realy nice staff, not to big not to smal, nice accomodation and realy near to the beach! I would choose it again!

Great cant complain at all, good staff , free facilities, best value for money in Las palmas, I will go back again when I am in Las Palmas !

This hostel was amazing! I felt so at home and being able to stay in such a great place allowed me to relax and take full advantage of my vacation! Every time I had a question about the island or a place to go, I always received great advice! Definitely a winner!

I only stayed one night so maybe I was unlucky... If you want to party the night away, I guess it;s a great hostel but if you want to get some sleep it;s not that great... and the fact that you cannot lock the dorms doors doesn;t help.

Probably the nicest hostel I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed in alot. Great staff and atmosphere!!! Perfect location and really clean. I decided to stay longer than i had booked for but every place on the island was full but the Big Fish went out of their way to accommodate me when they didn't have to. Great experience!!

from the minute I walked in I was welcomed with open arms and introduced to the occupants, there was a very relaxed feel but still professionally run. unfortunately my phone was stolen from the jeans that were placed at the end of my bed whilst I was sleeping, although seeming safe under my covers, you can't trust anyone. Also one of the staffs i pad was also stolen during my stay so this could have been done by a professional. Jack Fender- Swansea, Wales

I just loved being there, was my first choice and I think it will be the same the next time I come to Gran Canaria! Good environment, good people, good equipment, 24 hours reception, cool decoration. Most important and really the most enjoyable were the people of the hostel, the views and the fact that we were so close from the beach! Just go there to relax and make some new cool friends from all over the world!!! There were costumers from 20 to 50 years old! (it can be cool for everyone)

One of the best hostels i ever stayed at! Would sure recommend this to anyone visiting Las Palmas. The hostel is really clean and the location is perfect for any sunny-beach-lover (which is every person on this world except for the eskimo's). Best thing of all was the staff, really friendly and super helpfull. Absolutely loved our 4 night stay overthere and the sushi-dinnerpary on the last night was a sublime end to our short trip to Gran Canaria! Greets from Belgium!

Big Fish Las Palmas is an amazing hostel with a very good atmosphere! The staff are great! I felt like home there. The hostel is very clean and the location is right next to the beach. I highly recommend to stay there when visiting Las Palmas.

Beautiful place, cool atmosphere, nice place. No hot water on one of the days, no credit cards accepted.

The lo catión is perfect but During the night is very noisy. I couldn't sleep.

The Big Fish is one of the best hostels I ever have had the pleasure to stay at! The staff were very freindly and always helpful. The hostel had a real sense of community with a great social atmosphere and relaxing vibes. The staff put on tapas and wine one night for a party which was class. The location is right next to the beach and could not be better and there lots of bars and restraunts and a few cheap night clubs in close proximty. All in all 10 out of 10! Big Shout out to all the staff!!

Somewhat poor WiFi-reception.

Excellent friendly volunteer staff. Well run hostel with free internet.Could do with some curtains for the shared dorm which experiences noise at the weekend.Good beds.Reasonable dorm size.Small but well equipped kitchen with free spices etc.Could do with an additional bathroom downstairs.Excellent shower.

The location is right by the beach boardwalk, restaurants and very accessible by public transportation, only a quick ride from the main bus station. Plus the staff was very accommodating and culturally diverse:)

LOVE LOVE LOVE this hostel. probably my favourite one so far. its literally 15 steps from the beach and has an amazing view of the ocean from their rooftop terrace. staff are so helpful and friendly, its like youre staying at a friend`s house they were so welcoming and accommodating. atmosphere is really great here met a lot of cool people and the hostel did a lot of group activities that were good as well - tapas, nights out, ect.
