Nothing terrible about this hostel but definitely nothing great. From what I've heard from others there's better out there! I wouldn't go back. No atmosphere, some of the guys at reception were pleasant and some just treated you like bold kids! For a solo traveller this hostel might be a bit big to meet people!

Was not happy with they pool side area saying no glass or bottles around pool yet they allowed people to drink round the pool till 1 am. The mattress i had on my bed was in poor condition as i could feel every spring and it had a huge sag in it. There was no milk provided for tea or coffee as was told you had to provide your own. You could not hear the news on foxtel as the radio was louder than the tv. The locker i had in my room was broken so i had to take my gear with me when away. etc etc.

Very good backpackers for having fun will definitely recommend

I had made a reservation for 5 nights but for me it was too noisy. 2 girls checked in in the middle of the night. The room was very dirty. I wasn't able to plug any of my appliances so I had to leave after one night only. It was not a place for me but for younger people who like having fun it's the right place !

If you plan to sleep on Friday or Saturday nights, bring some earplugs. Bring a lock for the lockers to secure your stuff, although I trusted my roommates and nothing was stolen.

Pretty decent backpackers, you can't expect too much - it's a hostel afterall.

Location was great at the hostel, only 5 min bus journey to town for a 20 min walk. However me and my friend found the staff to be very rude to us, they seemed to be more friendly to those who are drinking till early in the morning & being loud and roudy. The rooms were nice but very unclean, our bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks. very overpriced for what it is. I am overall very dissapointed and won't be recommending it to others.

Bed Bugs and was kept awake until 4.30am in the morning despite my requests to overnight staff to deal with the people partying in the room next door. Very dirty and was not given any cutlery or plates or any info. Very unhelpful staff too.

Great party hostel and the atmosphere was great. Not sure if a week day stay might be a bit loud though. Really clean and great place.
