Enjoyed the experience. The close location to the station helped. hostel was good and staff were helpful. As an early riser a breakfast at 8 is alittle late for me but no real prob there as there is a pub next door serving breakfast. The room was clean and secure but I could not work the tv in room 9. Sure to come again next time in Birmingham. Alan

It was my first hostel stay in UK and I felt quite satisfied with the facility. Staff was nice and courteous and explained everything to a newbie like me. Breakfast and Dinner soup were complimentary and that was quite nice of them. Bed and Washrooms were clean and maintained. Overall quite a happy experience!

great clean and friendly hostel. great to see that fruit was provided at breakfast and a wide variety of spreads for toast, also there is free soup each night. very equipped kitchen, heaps of pots and pans. wifi strength wasn't that great in rooms and even in the common room. location was great and close to the bull ring, i didnt have an issues in the fact that it was in an industrial area.

The hostel has character for sure. We liked the projector for watching movies and the free soup. Breakfast was great with fruit, toast, cereal, and juice. It could have used more showers. The hostel is located in an industrial area and can be a bit of a sketchy walk at night, but the hostel security is good. Feels like a boarding house.

Happy, relaxed, friendly hostel. I didnt think much of birmingham first and planned on staying one night, i end up staying 4 nights. The staff are very helpful and hilarious, free breakfast (toast and spreads and fruit) and soup in the evening. Heaps of comfort, clean, central, everyone makes friends with each other. Security is high, big lockers. Cctv is on. Great place, id come back to birmingham just for this place!

Not clean at all, staff was very rude, was very uncomfortable, and in a very sketchy and creepy location in the city and hard to follow with the directions given. When I arrived the room was so dirty I didn't even know which bed was supposed to be mine.

I thought it was great! I felt safe and comfortable. However, I would have preferred to get into the lounge for a morning coffee earlier. I think 8am start is far too late!

We were in a trip visiting 6 cities across Uk. This was the best hostel. Everything was really clean. The staff was cool, polite and charming. Specially Alvaro, who helped us a lot with a couple of problems we had. I recomend it for everyone.

The Hostel Staff was great at all times, very nice and attentive. However one would expect a little more for the money, granted UK accomodation prices are up to the clouds, one expects no suite but maybe a bit better detailed finishes.
