As always, staying there is like coming home.

Room was very hot and stuffy, very few toilets and showers considering the number of rooms they were meant to serve. Walls looked like they could have benefitted from a lick of paint. Not many plugs in the room, and none near top bunks - didn't feel safe to sleep with my phone on the other side of the room.

The bathrooms were few and far between and very uncleanly. The location made me very nervous. I really couldn't wait to leave.

The lady on the desk was really professional and probably mafe the stay far better, upgraded to pod sleeping but the chap above me snored all night and talked in his sleep , the pod amplified his already excessive snoring sadly. Luck of the draw I guess.

Could do with more than one bathroom for the top floor of the main building and the common room and breakfast could be opened an hour earlier for those who need to leave early in the morning. Otherwise I had a pleasant enough stay. The sheets and the towels both smelt really nice - I'll need to get a bit of whatever you use for your laundry!

Very colourful and nice Hostel

Overall was really impressed with the hostel. Its just the little things that could improve it like curtains that work in the rooms and having lockers in the rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unwelcoming initial speech on arrival about how large groups caused trouble in the past.

I have stayed in this hostel for 2 nights and I would highly reccomended to anyone. It is more like hanging around with family and friends, staff can not do enough for you to help ypu and make you feel comfortable. So easy to find , close to Birmingham Coach Station. Great place to stay for everyone traveling on budget.

I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. The staff were super friendly and the other people staying at the hostel were nice. Breakfast was good. The beds were very nice. The walk from the train station to the hostel was a bit scary, as I got there later at night.

The bathrooms are terrible, the floors are gross looking, there is no counterspace. The bed was terrible, the most uncomfortable bed ever.... basically it was springs covered by a thin cloth. Wouldn't recommend or revisit. Staff is nice.
