Loved its quirky charm, wonderful host, beautiful old style house windows, floors etc. Cotton sheets, free tea and coffee. The rooster next door might be a problem for some, but not for us - we loved it

Great place to stay! Great staff, good location and unique hostel. The rooms are great with comfortable beds. The only thing was the roster in the morning was really loud. Thanks for everything!

A great hostel in a great location; right next to the train station and just 4 minutes on foot to the bus station. Great rooms and clean facilities. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond what they should have to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Fantastic value for money. Will definitely be back.

Really nice and cosy with friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a recommendation if you look for a place that just feels like (shared flat) home. In particular the kitchen was actually in use and very well equipped - not only with tools but also with spices and other stuff you would expect to have in your own kitchen. Like at home, nobody prepared breakfast, but everything was there - cereals, bread, fruit, coffee, juice,... - you could just take whatever suited you and prepare for yourself.

a lovely very well kept hostel, one of the best I've ever seen. Felt like we were staying with friends and not in a hostel. Higly recommend it!

Absolutely love this place! I will keep coming back everytime I'm in Faro. It has a really homely feel and the staff include you in things like evening meals and even outings to the beach and around the city. Never stayed anywhere like it (in a good way).
