Bathrooms are very disgusting one had dried up puke on toilet for my entire stay 3 nights... Night staff is extreamly rude. They are really good at helping you book stuff esp the evening girl. Super cool. Roof top to chill out and have some drinks. Great kitchen. Everyone gets kicked out of roof top at 12 n they take for ever to open door on arrival.

There were few bathroom facilities in the hostel and the bathrooms were dirty. The dormrooms were OK. Also, the girls at the reception were very helpfull. In contrast, the guys were not.

Excellent private room - felt like a hotel. Staff really friendly too. Could do with a bar

Pretty good hostel, the staff and the owner are pretty keen to help and get you out seeing the city. Massive TV (and also one outside) to whack a movie on or some sport, with big comfy couches. Cool rooftop area to chill on the hammocks and have a few cruisy beers. Really safe area next to the metro and close to Zona Rosa. Probably couldn't knock anything about the hostel except sometimes its hard to get on a tour - but even thats not their fault!

Great location close to the Metro station and not too far from Lleras. Good people and a very nice hostel.

This place is excellent, fantastic kitchen, heaps of rooms (they're not all listed on here, so if you're looking for a double room and there's none available just book a dorm and sort it out when you check in). Very close to a major supermarket so cooking at home is easy and enjoyable. Heaps of activities organised by the team. Only downside is there is only one toilet for several rooms (however there are two showers). Enjoy Medellin!

Big clean hostel with very thing you need. Lacks atmosphere though and nothing really close by. We stayed 3 nights then moved into Zona Rosa to a different hostel which was cheaper, has a bar and in the best area in medellin. Would suggest the same

The quality and cleanliness of the rooms & bathrooms were excellent. The staff and owner are really friendly and make you feel like a friend or family. The hostel has a good mix of people, the dorm rooms & common areas are great for meeting people & the private rooms are better than a lot of hotels. The Spanish teachers are excellent, best to email in advance if only staying a few days. Overall a fantastic hostel, I stayed a lot longer than I planned & had a great time.

For our surprise the room was nice and decided to stay longer, but when we approached the reception desk and we spoke to the owner about scheduling additional days. Our conversation was rudely interrupted by a Spanish younger female receptionist who almost yelled at us in Spanish “don’t even dream about it”. The owner deferred to her to handle our request. The female who I believe may be related to the owner told us we should leave right away as she needed the room before 12 noon.

Pros - Great hostel for socialising and meeting fellow travellers. The Guatape trip is a must, you get a nice breakfast and lunch and get to know your fellow hostel inhabitants all whilst sightseeing Guatape rock and travelling in a old Ford van. Cons - Fairly basic facilities (shower/bathrooms often a bit grubby, if youre on a top bunk theres nothing to stop you falling off the bed/no shelf to put anything on). Its also a bit of a walk to the metro which at ngiht time can feel a bit unsafe.

Not sure what all the fuss is about, this Hostel is very very average!! Staff were not especially helpful, definitely the grubbiest hostel I have stayed at in South America, the bathrooms were pretty gross! The vibe is okay and there are plenty of people around but overall it was pretty underwhelming!! No breakfast means its not the best value for money either!!

Great place. We stayed at another popular hostel in town and this one was better overall.

A relaxed atmostphere that catered to all. Good location in regards to the metro station. Map given out at front desk for the sights. One lady was very helpful at reception.

Overall a very good place to stay. A 10-15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants, but not too bad. The vibe is really laid back and generally quiet at night. In a upper class neighborhood so I felt completely safe at night walking around alone. If you are looking for a party hostel there are better options, but this is a great place to chill.

Good kitchen, minutes to a huge supermarket, clean rooms, bathrooms are okay, great TV chill out area and plenty of outdoor areas to chill. The front desk staff are epic, seriously helpful and nice. Great area, definitely book your tours through them. All in all a perfect stay in Medellin.

The staff are excellent. Especially the lady that works during the day in the week.

Great Facilities and a very comfortable hostel with friendly staff. A good area to stay for partying, a little out of the center though but close to the metro. The hostel is big but so comfortable you spend more time than you intend to just hanging around. It's a great place to stay and the staff are very helpful.
