This place is almost as good as illegal substances that I do not have hidden in my bag inside a few rolled up socks.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Overall, I had a blast. I would certainly return to Black Sheep when I next visit Budapest.

I like the staff especially, and it's easy to meet other travelers :) Nice detail: you get 2 private electrical sockets per bed, very useful to recharge your devices! Will come back!

Black sheep hostel is the best hostel we stayed during my trip in 5 countries. The room is spacious, comfy bed, lots of blankets, warm, secure, free towel, free sleeper, free umbrella, free coffee and tea. They provide free soap and shampoo. The bathroom and toilet are clean. We can cook and reheat food during our stay. This hostel only has a few rooms but that's make a friendly atmosphere. Good value for money, recommend it to everyone.

FANTASTIC!!! my 5th time here in only 2 trips and I'm coming back again at least twice THIS trip. BEST place to stay in Budapest. Close to everything, lots of night life ' nearby. Good value for money..Facilities have everything you need, even for an extended stay. STAFF are GREAT, friendly, helpful, with lots of good advice about places to go, stuff to do- TOPS!! THIS Is THE place to stay, in Budapest. You can't go wrong (i hope they still have a place for me ... when I come back.

Staff Greti and Jim were FANTASTIC! After a few upsets by another guests, they saw to it that I was well looked after and satisfied. They were willing to help always, greeted everyone with a smile, had 24 hour reception and offered advice whenever needed. Location is great - it's right near the metro and close by the main station where other trains would leave from internationally. The Black Sheep is approx a 20-30 min walk to town's square. Little out Rooms/showers are spacious and clean.
