Reviews & Ratings Explained
The rating percentage is calculated from customers who booked within the last 12 months.

I wanted to stay near the Station. However, we were sent to a place further away by metro to Via Emanuele Filiberto 207. The room looked nice, so we accepted it with a grumble. However, it turned out that it was so noisy at night from the street that we didn't sleep at all. So we told the manager we need another room and suddenly it was possible to stay at the place we originally booked of which the manager said doesn't exist and Hostelworld just hadn't taken it off their web site...

Firstly the location is not where its located on your website, one of the staff took us on a 20 minute walk to another location. The venue was OK, look a bit out of date, place had no WI-FI and after we demanded it from the staff they disappeared, bathroom was falling apart, help struggled to speak English. Overall rating 1/10 very dissatisfying.

We got switched from one hostel(Blackburry rooms) to another(owned by the same person) which was annoying. Howver, the other one(forgot it's name) was of good quality with wifi and breakfast included. If Blackburry rooms is similar, it's good value for the money.
