The receptionist was delightful! One thing that could be improved is instructions on who to use the gas ranges. It was not obvious how to ignite them.

Central location and very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I would definitely recommend anyone heading to Taupo stay here.

It was a great place with great people there. Things are clean and all kept in good condition. Walking distance to the supermarket and to the lake.
