staff were awesome - facilities may need upgrading ?

Good stay would fully recommend. Free Pizza on a Tuesday will probably define when I check in next time though! The only problem was the card machine was down when I arrived, but just luck of the draw really!

Very polite staff and very helpful. Good staff make a world of difference. I would be happy to recommend Blarneys to friends and family. I will stay there again in the future. Keep up the good work guys.

should have more towels for drying the kitchen utensils. Should have a freezer in the kitchen for customer to use.

loved my stay, was only there one night but it was so comfy and everyone was friendly and helpful, would stay again.

Had a great time here. Many of the staff are also staying there which means there are fun, knowledgeable people around all the time. Smack bang in the middle of the main street in Rotorua. The only downside would be that from our room we could hear the music from the Irish pub next door until about 2am on one of the nights we stayed there.

The location is very good, near to everywhere. Really good atmosphere in it an the staff is so fun!! Highly recommended
