Dirty and smelly. This is university accomodation, elevators are so slow and the place smells like sewerage. Not worth the price.

Thanks for staying with us. I will inform our place is an apartment building and not a university accomodation. In our record you are check in On Sunday arroud 7 pm and check out Monday morning 4.55 am. At that period (sunday) we have routine elevator maintencance (1 elevator is an serviceable, 3 still in operation). Sorry if this routine maintenance is distrub you. Also we have building maintenance, re-painting on public area (corridor) is in progress in that period. We already offer best price with USD 15 you already stay in big condo with swimming pool and integrated with shopping mall and also staying in room with full air conditioner. may be because you only stay in short period you cant use all of our facilities. You are one of our unique customer which still have payable USD 2 untill you check out. At that time you dont have a small dollar amount but you have bigger one but you dont try to pay. As you know we have policy "change in USD if customer pay in USD" I think we only the hostel in Jakarta which have this policy. Any way thank you for your review.

Eenvoudig appartment, pak William de eigenaar is heel behulpzaam, had een internetaansluiting nodig hij zorgt heel snel voor een modem, het kost ons per dag 15000 rp, jammer is er geen strijkmogelijkheden/handdoeken, maar wat wil je voor 9 nachten verblijf niet al te duur, een aanrader wie en eevoudig appartement zoekt.

Very good value for money as the 'dorm' is actually a shared flat! Really enjoyed our short stay and William is a great host. Flat has a lovely pool as well.
