Excellent hostel that is more like a hotel than a backpacker's hostel. Very clean, nice pool, water, tea&coffee available all day and night. The computers have fast internet and can be used at any time. The stuff is very friendly and helpful and even print out important things when asked. The best was that I got upgraded from a 4ppl dorm to a 2ppl ensure room without paying more because they were full. Only minus: they charged me 38$ instead of 35$ for the rip off-speed boat to Phnom Penh.

One of the best hostel I've stayed at in a while. Seriously it's so clean, the wifi works great, it's in a good location (short walk to pub street and markets), the beds are huge and even has a pool. I ended up staying an extra night to do nothing one cus yeah was just so good. Oh &WARNING don't book any tours at the hotel they're way overpriced. Also if you're going to 4000 islands don't pay more than $17 for transportation and know it won't include the boat. Was scammed in Laos by that...FYI.

The shower at room 205 is leaking and bursting towards the ceiling so the whole bathroom gets wet when taking a shower.

Lovely clean hostel! Comfy, big beds and hot water. Pool area. Would be better if it had a better social area to hang out in but for the price of the place cant complain at all! I would definately recomend staying here.

What an amazing little gem in Siem Reap. You get what you pay for. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The pool is always clean and hot showers are a bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place! So spotlessly clean at all times, has an amazing pool, wonderful staff and all at such a low price. The villa was also only a ten minute walk from Pub Street, could not recommend enough.

Loved this hostel. Rooms were so big and clean the bunk beds were sterdy and massive. Housekeeping tho comes at random times and its a bit unorganized. Sometimes they don't start until 4 and by that time new people checked in so they don't know what beds to clean so just double check but If you ask they will change them. Walking distance to pub street and market isn't far at all. Will be staying here again

i thought this was a great hostel because it was very clean, quiet, and had a great pool, yet it was a close enough to walk to pub street if you want to go out, eat, or shop. The staff was very helpful with setting up tuk tuks to Angkor Wat. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. We had a private room, and as promised, there was a tuk tuk waiting for us at the airport when we arrived.

Maybe the best hostel in SE asia. We stayed in dorm where they have big beds, clean bathroom and AC. Verry recommended.

Fantastic hostel. Really nice staff. Great security, helpful in every way, we lost our bus tickets we booked through them, and they where extremely helpful to still get us on our bus to shianoukville. Definitely coming back to this hostel. Shouts outs to Lina (staff member).

The hostel would benefit greatly from a few basic ground rules: The ensuite bathroom was always wet, & occasionally really dirty (at one point I suspected there to be blood on the far end of the bathroom that was not really cleaned until the next day). Some guests loved taking advantage of the lack of rules publicly displayed by cluttering the only sink with single use cosmetics sachets and open detergent bags. It really should be cleaned twice a day if its to be shared by ten + girls.

I thought it was all fakes photos posted but when I got to Bliss Villa, I'm actually impressed. Everything is clean. Housekeeping is spot on in changing the linens everyday and cleaning the dorm. Very friendly staff. Good location, very accessible to all the restaurants and the pub street. Good value for money!

Dorm with a swimming pool for a great price. Not too far away from all the fuzz in Siem Reap. Staff is nice and helpful. Lockers not big enough for backpack but they keep your valuables safe. Sometimes I felt like the cleaning ladies like to wake people up in the morning. Restaurant seems overpriced.

We really enjoyed our extended stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The location was great with Sok San road having plenty of affordable eating places and easy walking distance to the township. Our room(s) and the common area were kept clean and tidy. We did have issues with our shower not draining due to the floor being not correctly sloped when the tiles were laid .This did mar our enjoyment a little as the bathroom always had water in it after a shower.
