Bliss Villa has a wonderfully friendly staff. They are helpful and welcoming. The rooms are quite nice, they make the hostel feel more like a hotel than a hostel. Excellent value for the price. Great place to come back to after a full day of exploring Angkor.
The best thing about this hostel is that it's QUIET! You can sleep well because it's far from the noisy bars. However, it's only a few minutes away from the main part of the city. There are mosquitos in the room (but for some reason, we were not bitten). Staff are very helpful. Thank you for all the kind assistance!
We were at the new one. About 2 months old. Beautiful and extremely clean with an amazing and so useful and appreciated pool. The shower was messing but warm and with good pressure. No fridge anywhere and no cold drinks to buy which would have been really useful. About 10 min walk to the old market and 2 min by tuktuk. Friends we met there did not have the same price for the same room: weird! Did not see much people there but we were not looking for party so was fine for us. Would recommend.
Great start at bliss villa. Clean, close proximity to everything, tours and tuk tuks trustworthy, staff very nice and honest, would stay again. Actually, extended our stay because we liked the place and were still in diem reap
Very good value for money and clean as well. Staff are nice. I think the only downside is the location, I didnt feel very safe walking around there at late night because one guy came up to me and started to offer drougs and follow me. But at the end it was okay, and actually, unfourtunatelly, it happens very often in Siem Reap wherever you are.
Very clean rooms and a short distance from old market (Psar Chas). But it's quiet and secluded. The staff is warm and friendly. The owner greeted me over the 2 days he bumped into me. Very nice and sincere man. Very clean room.
Bliss villa offers an excellent stay in buzz city Siem Reap. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
Nice place, good value for money. They were very helpful arranging airport pick-ups for us (we all arrived on different flights on different days but this was not a problem). Clean, friendly people and only 5-10 min stroll to the centre of town. Check out the circus while you stay here-great night out in siem reap.
We had a fantastic stay at Bliss. Room was ideal and the staff were super friendly. Was in a good location, central but just five minutes walk away from pub street etc so not noisy. Would stay again for sure.
AMAZING. We booked a double room, but they upgraded us to a triple. Such kind staff who can help you with anything (tours, laundry, taxis, food reccs, etc.). Very safe, huge, beautiful rooms cleaned daily with towels/soap/shampoo/toothbrushes all included and a new bottle of water every day. The only small thing was that the WiFi was a bit slow/not working well on a few days, but it was only a minor inconvenience, and they have communal computers in the lobby if your personal devices don't work.
Staff were very helpful, and even went out of their way to contact the bus company to get a note for us (It broke down and we had to get some evidence to claim our insurance). Rooms were clean and spacious and had a decent toilet with toiletries provided. Very value for money. It is a little off from the pub street, but its really only like 5-10 minutes walk so it isn't really too bad. Definitely recommend this hostel :)
Very good hostel. I would recommend Bliss Villa not only because of the location, but also the services they provide - like good tour prices, airport transportation, and the staff are very helpful. They don't provide any food services, but you are close to the local restaurants.
Very clean and comfy place. Very friendly and helpfull staff. In the morning it is getting a bit noisy whith the windows open, because of locals announcing sth like prayers through a soundsystem in the streets. But nothing to accound the hotel for.
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Siem Reap. Amazing hosts, just like a home away from home. Close to all the main things to see and provided all the vital information to get back to Bangkok!
Great stay, we had a very short one but very pleasant staff/owners, they arranged a good tour of Angkor Wat, explained a lot about Siem Reap and how to get around without hassle. Great location, recommend!!!
Friendly and professional staff!

If you want to chill out this place is ideal. In terms of value for money at £4 these were the nicest rooms we came across on our entire trip. If you're after a lively atmosphere then this isn't the place but they organise reasonably priced trips to the temples, and the guide they offered us was really good. Definitely recommend
Staffs were so kind and had full of hospitality. I was satisfied enough. My room was wide and clean,comfortable,air-conditioning provided, and also amenities were enough.
No safe in the room but they can keep your valuables behind the desk if need be. Location was perfect for us as we were out of the centre of town and so it was quiet, but only a 5 minute walk from anywhere you'd want to go. The staff really made this place. Extremely friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face! One of the cleanest places I've stayed, and at £3 a night I don't think I could find anywhere better! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
