The manager avoid us calling Police in way to make less noise, and it was only 11pm. The noise was calling my friends to go out, but you know when everybody are trying to get out its allways that noise, right? And he had taken sometimes the food to avoid us eating during the day. Its sad but truth. But in other way, the conditions are top class and very good location in the city.
