The hostel is in dire need of modernization. There's no lockers and the breakfast was pretty weak. But the staff are really nice and helpful. the hostel seems to cater to Israelis the most

Guy at the reception is very helpful. Dorms are a little cramped, wifi's good, kitchen is adequate, breakfast was basic but went on till late. Checkout is noon and there is 24h hot water- PA is Cold! Great for a short stay, might be best for groups not solo travelers. Good value for money cause Punta Arenas is pricey!

Was not a very good breakfast, the kitchen was dirty and messy, and the entire place just seemed poorly kept.

It has a bit of a run-down and slightly neglected feel. And I discovered when I went to bed that my head was only separated from the toilet by a very thin wall. This, and creaky floor boards didn't give me the best nights sleep. And there was a smell of drains in the room. It's cheap, but there are others in town at this price too, which are better value and have better facilities.

the kitchen was fitlthy and there were 4 cats wandering around. found that the common room got cramped and there was no place to relax. no lockers. staff were helpful but pushed expencive tours that were not worth the money. hostel catered to isralies who were unfriendly to the travelers of other nationalities.

This place was a "you get what you pay for". Cheap. Decent bed, but everything else felt old and worn down. So on net it was ok. The other guests were great though.

It was ok for the price and the staff was nice. honetheless: the cats and their pee need to be taken care of. same goes for the kitchen respectively for the greasy-sticky surfaces. there's mold in two or three places too many to not be recognized. still, at below 7000 clp it's a real bargain (especially in this town / pta arenas)

Great place at that price range. Claudio the manager will help you with everything you need: town info, tours, buses, places to stay at the next destination etc'. breakfast comparable to most hostel, PCs and good wifi connection. ceiling is wooden so people walking upstairs and on stairs are clearly heard, but I sleep with earplugs anyway and slept fine. No lockers in rooms is a concern, and there's enough space to put some in my dorm. You can store gear from checkout till you leave. Good stay!
