I was not impressed by this place... staff was so-so, common area was ok but kitchen very poor!!! Toilets ok, but rooms lacked in personality and in general facilities. Location is not bad, but generally... I was not impressed.

Good value for money. Just stayed for one night travelling through. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about. Can recommend for a good place to stay when price is the decisive factor.

Perfectly fine for a short stay. Small hostel with a nice atmosphere.

Overall an ok hostel that is getting a little run down - or maybe it has always been that way, I liked it though. It was in a reasonable location had everything you would expect a hostel to have along with friendly and helpful staff and was certainly the chepest. Maybe if you were staying longer you could feel different but certainly for 1-2 nights it was fine

It was a short but nice stay there. You could ask the staff everything and they helped. Very kind and chilly atmosphere! Recommendable for a quick stay.

The kitchen is small. But the staff is nice.

what you´d expect from a cheap and nasty hostel. below average cleaniness, lots of israelis due to cheap price (not a bad thing, but that´s what you´re in for). if you want a cheap stay, then why not.

Really the worst place I stayed in Chile. It smelled somehow strange, especially that kitchen and the bathrooms. The place is cheap for Punts Arenas, but somehow I can't recommend it. Sorry
