A very warm welcome from the manager especially at 11:45pm! Toilet clean no t.p.. Paper thin walls so you could hear every word until 02:30am and also hear the smokers outside the front door and as well the two chilean girls who talked in the dorm room until I begged for silence at 01:30am. Apparently the locals have no respect for sharing common space and for quiet time. Breakfast extremely basic and boring / hard white buns with marmalade or dulce cream, tea, coffee, no real milk. Worst hostel
Pros: - close to town - cheap and good for a one night stay (as I did) - free pickup from Bus stop Cons: - dirty kitchen and few utensils for cooking - no lockers in rooms or in hostel - lots of Israelis - only 2 plug points in a 6bed dorm.
Just stayed the one night en route to Puerto Natales.. cheap as chips, you get what you pay for. As stated in other reviews, rooms smell - think there's some leaking plumbing. Also it isn't an English hostel, so make sure you bring your Spanish skills or a dictionary!
Enjoyed staying here, building is a little run down and kitchen is not the best I've seen but good atmosphere, warm & friendly. Claudio is a great host, and incredibly helpful.
