The room was not really clean, everywhere in the Hostel were sheeds lzing around and a lot of trash. Nobody did care for the bottles and glasses outside, and the kitchen was simply a mess! The bath room upstairs was disgusting, I didnt even want to touch the ground. We were very disappointed by this hostel.

The bathroom was quite far from the room that we were in (a double private) as it was on the other side of the building. However excellent value. Nice clean rooms, awesome common room, well kept kitchen and facilities and free internet and coffee/tea. All in all a great hostel to stay at.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay at this property. I thought the dorms were a nice size and well proportioned. The free internet (even if the staff tended to be on all the computers) and free laundry (even though only 1 worked) was a nice touch. Furthermore the common room with the free pool was nice. I thought the kitchen was really quite dirty most of the time in the evenings. The pile of dishes kept getting larger and I think some sort of surveillence system is needed.

Great launch pad for the Blue Mountains. The hostel itself was good but the room needed cleaning desperately as did the bathroom. The kitchen was a little underequiped as well.

We stayed in this hostel early january for one night. Big hostel but not so many bathroom/toilets available. We had a big 4-bed room, bunk beds are abit fragile! Big and well-equipped kitchen, with a large dining/living room. 5minutes walk from train station, very quiet, no wifi in the room but the hostel has a computer room with free internet access. They can also store your luggage even if you are not staying there.

Clean, Quiet, and Friendly, which is all i need in a hostel : ) The staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the free wifi and laundry facilities were HUGELY appericated!! :D My only complaint would have to be about security; while the rooms were key-accessable only, the front doors were ALWAYS open- even late into the night! Other then that, I've never seen a better hostel for the price. If your traveling on a budget but arn't into cockroach sandwiches, this is your place.

We decided at the last minute about taking 3 days off to the Blue Mountains, everything was fully booked but good for us we found this hostel, and it was great! We stayed there 2 nights, rooms are large, definitely enough space for everybody, there\'re lockers in the rooms, big living area, nice kitchen, we really had a great stay!
