Hostel was better than I'd expected loved the open living area and large kitchen, staff were friendly and helpful. Only real fault was lack of showers and constantly having to wait. However did not take away from the experience and would definitely stay again!

I Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hostel, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I stayed in an 8 bed female dorm , the room was very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hostel.

A very enjoyable stay for my first visit to the blue mountains. Hostel is perfectly situated, one of the cleanest i have ever stayed in and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return, or recommend it to any potential visitors.

Awesome place to stay in a really cool town. Just a short walk from the National Park and hiking trails. Hostel was very clean, quiet, and secure; felt more like a hotel. Outside deck was a great place to chill after a long day in the park. Only complaint would be the breakfast which is for purchase. I asked for cerial and they offered me a kid's size box. Had to wait til 830am for the nearby market to open to get a decent breakfast, which was fine, just wish i would have known earlier.

I'd really like to be able to use the kitchen earlier than 6-30am - especially when leaving early for long day bushwalks

I was EXTREMELY impressed with this hostel. It was located in the center of town, convenient to all shopping, tours, trains, buses, and etcetera, very clean and comfortable, with plenty of places to relax on sofas, play a game of pool, read a book in the library, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful terrace dining with a center fountain, and of course, the bedding was very comfortable as well, and the staff went beyond the call of duty in assisting me, especially an Angel by the name of Kerri.

Being a late night arrival, everything was ready for me to check-in: sheets, map and room card. Much appreciated. I would have liked longer access hours in the computer room before I went to bed.
