I loved this place - nice atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. The only drawbacks were that I wasn't aware of all the things (kayaking, etc) available till my last day - I would have stayed longer if I could! - and that the choice of food for a non-meat/non-curry eater who wants to eat healthy according to their menu, but the food I did eat was good. Also the beach is a bit further than 5 mins away, on foot at least!

The place itself is Not that bad (at the Beach but far away from City). But you get the Feeling they wanna make Money Out of everything! (e.g.Internet is expensive) Staff is Not Customer friendly. The transport to the City is very expensive.

Dear Vera, We regret that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Unfortunately we have guidelines in place that we must follow, and we cannot break them for one client, while upholding them for another. While the staff always does their best to assist the client, they cannot go beyond the guidelines set for them as was requested. As you know, we are a business, so we aim to satisfy our customers for a reasonable rate while still being able to maintain and improve the business. We believe our internet costing is in keeping with the general internet rate, and that our restaurant prices are competitive with restaurants nearby. The transport cost is unfortunately outside of our control - regrettably the public transport system is generally under-developed in South Africa (when compared with Europe). The price for the personal transport service that we liaise with is very reasonable when compared to other taxi services that take you from one location to the doorstep of another. There are other public services such as train and bus which transport at a fraction of the cost, but only to preset destinations, of course.
