The room was dirty and loud (we faced the main street and were kept awake all night). We had to wait 30 minutes to check in because nobody was at the desk. The outside of the hostel has no label or sign, so it is almost impossible to find. The room had no electricity going to any of the outlets and the overhead light didn't work. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We were even charged 5 euros to have our bags looked after the day we checked out, a service offered for free in most places

Impossible to find. The operator is rarely at the "front desk" to answer the phone if called for directions. Our garbage had food in it when we arrived.I opened the window to air out the room, the AC unit was dripping on the windowsill,a forest of mold grew over the sill. Our choices of smell were rotten food or mold. The closet was used for storage so unavailable for us. The kitchen utensils were put away dirty.Bathroom lock/showerhead are broke. No common space.Worst Hostel I've ever stayed in.

The hostel is in a great location, right next to the metro station and next to La Rambla. My friend and i shared a private room, which was clean and nice, but very tiny; there was barely any room for our luggage. Adrian, a staff member we interacted with, was extremely helpful! He was so attentive and took the time to mark things on our map, give directions and tips for the city. The hostel definitely needs to mark its doorbell better, it was hard to identify the hostel.
