This is a really nice hostel with great staff and owners. Awesome Adventures picks you up 20m down the road. You can store your big bags while going to the islands.The food is really really good. I booked this place on the strength of the previous reviews. Actually I didn't believe the previous reviews, I thought to myself 'It cant me that good, but I'm going to have to find out for myself'. I stayed at Bluewater for 4 nights and it was an absolute joy. I felt a bit uncomfortable when I arrived because I'm just now used to having people wait on and hand and foot, especially not at the prices they charge.I booked this place on the strength of the previous reviews. I cannot rate this place highly enough!!! It is the best hostel I've ever stayed in and more of a guesthouse standard than a hostel. The rooms are gorgeous, so clean and well presented. The staff were so friendly and caring and the best bit was the food.... soooo delicious. Those recipes belong in top class restaurants! (Although I'm glad they're not and I got to taste them!!)I cannot rate this place highly enough!!! It is the best hostel I've ever stayed in and more of a guesthouse standard than a hostel. This is a good place for a stop over - and probably in the longer term if there was anything to see in Nadi! Pick up from the airport closeby, A/C rooms and clean beds, towel and bathrooms. The lodge itself is a house - nicely furnished with an outside deck. Good resturant menu for around F$18. Friendly staff who were happy to offer advice. Round the corner from Smugglers - which seemed popular - but i would chose here again.This is a good place for a stop over - and probably in the longer term if there was anything to see in Nadi! Bluewater lodge is a great place to start and end your Fiji experience for anyone visiting the islands. Well priced, quiet, clean, great staff, exceptional food and acoustic live band in the evening. You can also leave your stuff at the resort when you island hop which was really handy.
