Hello and thanks for your comment! Oporto can be a hot city during the Summer. Add that to the fact that our appartment has sun all day long and you can have hot nights too :) We would love to provide air conditioning to our customers, but it would be hard to keep the prices so low if we did that. But your suggestion will be considered.

1. Wonderful appartment - it is clean and comfortable with good equipment and internet connection. 2. Give some tips about parkings around appartment also - it can be problematic to park a car close to buidling during day. 3. Add information about address numbering of buildings on Augusto Gil Street is a bit strange - even numbers are on both sides of the street Just repair lock in door to one of bedrooms (right one) it is opening with strong wind and can slam loudly during night.

Hello! We thank you for your suggestions! About the parking: The building complex has a parking area meant for residents, but since it is open to everyone it can be hard to park there sometimes. Unfortunately, that's a common problem in virtually every city in the world. Anyway, when the parking is full you can always find a spot in the surrounding streets, and it's safe too! About the doorlock: We had no idea. We thank you for the reminder. It will be fixed.

The refrigerator sounds like a door bell. Out of summer time it's a little bit cold, due to missing kitchen door and broken balcony roof.

Hello and thanks for your comment! We are sorry for any inconvenience during your stay in our appartment. The broken balcony roof was due to a storm with very strong winds a week before your arrival. We are happy to report it has been repaired shortly after your stay. We now also provide a portable heater for extra comfort. We'd love to have you over again soon and are happy to give you a discount on your next reservation to compensate for any inconvenience! See you soon

I went to Porto to see the Optimus Primavera Sounds festival and almost all hostel were booked when my friends and I decide to go there. Therefor we found this apartment without any review and we took a chance. We where very impressed with this apartment cos is exactly like the photos, the person that welcomed us was super-friendly and gave us important tips. From the nearest metro (Casa da Musica) to the house is about 6/8 minutes (normal walking speed) and it's very easy to find it.
