The admiral accommodation measures 70 square meters and on the ground floor, situated in the Bos En Lommer. For those who are not familiar with this area, it is a neighborhood positioned in the west of Amsterdam.

This community is full of local small shops, restaurants (especially with the Turkish, Surinam’s and Moroccan’s cuisine) and few markets where you can get various goods from Tuesday to Saturday.

And you might want to pick something up to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It has a fridge, gas stove, cooking utensils and a dishwasher to name a few things. Connecting to the kitchen is the dining table with seating for 5 guests and the living room.

In the living room, 2 single sofa beds along with an arm chair and some coffee tables in front of a flat screen t.v. await you. It provides a great ambiance to chill and two guests can prepare to sleep well.

A grand total of 1 double bed and 4 single beds make up the two bedrooms.

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Please note the following extra fees to be paid on arrival:

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Late Check In - 30 euros

-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.
