Fantastic Staff. Awesome manager. Well worth the money. Second visit with a large group for me and I was not disappointed. Definitely will stay here any time that I am back in Hanoi.
Our room was massive but there were definitely some cosmetic issues (carpet pealing, paint flaking, bathroom stains). That being said, the room was relatively clean and the staff was kind. Breakfast was a joke. It's buffet style but the food didn't look so good. If you're on a budget and want a reasonable room at a reasonable price come here.
the lovely staff and they booked the open bus ticket for us in the last minutes and price was a little more expensive than the normal but thanks to it we could go to Heu on time. Absolutely, come back here in the next trip.
A great place to stay if you want to relax. Very quite hostel. We originally booked a mixed 6 bed room but were switched to a private double bed for the same price with shower ensuite. TV in the room w/ AC. Not great for meeting people but rather just for a transfer or quiet night. The breakfast was amazing (all you can eat buffet). Would definitely book again.
very well organized staff and i got street food poisoning at a stall in Hanoi's night market and staff hospitalized me and the day later they arranged transportation to come and picked me up back to hostel for free. Thanks to them i could continuouse to leave for Vientaine timely
hostel organized the small party for all of its staying guests on the occasion of Vietnamese New Year, even though hostel restaurant opened and served us until 12.00pm instead of it closed by 10.00am as normal, I loved this hostel's location the most where easily go to visit many different sites in Hanoi city centre.
Very helpfull and decent staff who did bok the Halog bay full day trip and my satisfaction was guaranteed
i just stay for one night. but the receptionist is really really helpfull. i got a lot of information from them. i good place to stay but i dont get the atmosphere of traveller over there.
Everything was good, especially for the price. Breakfast included. Wifi not great. Maybe not the best if you want to meet other travellers as it is a hotel with one small dorm room that wasn't full when I went. Staff seemed great though
very nice hostel , helpful staff and good breakfast
Lovely area in the right place of Hanoi city and it should have been better if there was a large common room. It is deserved to be recommended

The first night I stayed in a pretty bad room. It was old, the air conditioner wasn't working properly and the bathroom was whith an absolutely stinking smell from the showers drain.
Great staff, big rooms and great location. 24hr reception, help with booking tours, computers and everyone was so friendly. The ony criticisms would be that breakfast is very basic and it wasn't social so not easy to meet other travellers.
Stayed here for three nights or so, great place to stay if you want to settle into Hanoi and need a quiet room and a great staff. They are more than happy to help here and always have a smile on their face. The breakfast is best if you go early. So get up early and get up there. Great food!
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location.

More of a hotel than a hostel but really enjoyed our stay. Helpful staff, we arrived in Hanoi by train at 5am and were allowed to check into our room then. Reasonable showers/toilets and comfy beds. Booked train tickets for our onward travel through Bodega (although we were not aware until afterwards we had been charged commission).
