The staff were very helpful at the hostel, my other half had his birthday during our stay and they presented us with a lovely cake. The room was huge although the weather cold and the heater on aircon didn't work. They did provide extra blankets though. Only tip is to be warned if arranging the overnight bus through them as we wanted to go to Hoi An and they misinformed me of the 4 hour stop in Hue. Which if limited time is slightly frustrating!!

I can't believe that the room was big and very clean like that but, the most memmorable to me was the hospitability of staff they was very friendly and honest, of course I booked a open bus ticket to Heu via hotel. Good hotel for tourists

The staff at the hostel were by far the best that we encountered throughout our 3 week stay in Vietnam. They knew us by name even though we only stayed two nights and were very helpful in arranging services such as the airport transfer. The hotel is perfect for the price with a great pool. The Halong bay trip is also very good at reasonable prices

The staff here were very helpful and friendly, particularly the young women, who were just lovely. They always called me the cheapest taxis in town. My room was nice and clean but had no window, which made it feel a bit like a box. Nice bathtub too, but the plug didn't work. I might stay closer to the middle of the old quarter next time I'm in Hanoi - this hostel is right on the outskirts.

The Hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and night life area. Many pubs and massage service are between walking distances. The staffs are friendly and speak good English. The Hotel also has a nice restaurant on the 3th floor which provides a western breakfast with nice view over the city

The best hotel we've stayed in in South Eest Asia. Lovely and friendly staff, nice rooms with a balcony where can see the most hustel street in Hanoi. The WiFi was a bit slow in our room but still can use it. If they arrange you a shoft sleeper bus then make sure it will be Hung Thanh bus because this company has the new buses with toilet. Highly recommend hotel

We were very disappointed with the staff on checking out of the hostel. We had booked a hop-on hop-off bus to Saigon, and a trip to Ha Long Bay. On returning from Ha Long Bay trip, we had found out that Hue (our next stop on the bus) was flooded under one meter of water, and up to 88 people had died in the area. In spite of this, the hostel told us that we should still get on the bus, and that no refund would be offered. They also refused to accept our IYH card, or deduct the deposit we had paid

Be careful with this one. Make sure they have booked you into the right hotel as they have 3 and it seems to be a habit that they 'overbook' and send you to one of their much inferior hotels. The rooms are big and spacious just as it says and the beds are really comfortable but the rest of the hotel could do with some upgrades. The staff are very friendly and helpful and theres a good selection for breakfast. Worth staying and definitely value for money. Great location for getting around.

This was the best hostel I've stayed in in Vietnam so far. so friendly staff. I and my companion arrived at 5am the staffs checked me in immediately asked me what time I want to have breakfast. The breakfast was nice and many different choices, orange Juice, toast with jam, eggs and watermelon…frice rices…and noodle as well. The staff had always time to have a little friendly chat with you. Eeasily to visit Hanoi.

Stayed 5 nights there in October. Good points: huge room, very clean, excellent location, staff polite and very helpful, tours booked through the hostel were great, didn't make us pay for the room when we went to Halong Bay for the night, free breakfast, free internet. Bad points: room extremely noisy, no shower stand so had to hold the shower when showering, no plug for bath so couldnt use, didnt turn up when we asked to be collected at the airport. Would stay again due to great staff/location!

This was the first time in hanoi for holiday and was recommended this hostel as a new and modern hostel beside that, he price is very reasonable if compare to other 2star-hotels same standard, in my room is very clean and there is a window overlooked the temple nearby, I was told that in many other hotels in old quarter and they have no window at all .they serve a lot of hot food for breakfast in nearby restuarant. thanks hostelworld for having recommended this hostel and I will use this hostel

The staff were helpful, friendly and especially, staffs in restaurant was very friendly and always smiled, say“hello”when you come and say“Have a nice day” when we finished breafast which made a completely difference details the hotel was positioned in the right place and easily access the interesting places in Hanoi such as,Hochiminh mauselaum, various pagodas, temples and so forth. In conjunction with this is the short walk to the lake where their are an abundance of eateries where to tast Vietnamfo
