Staffs are so nice when they upgrated the Family room for us, instead of original booking for a Double Room and they charge a same price of 19 buck.

After all the postive reviews I was a bit disappointed by the hostel. There is not much special about the place, and its a bit off from the old city where most hostels are ( north of the lake). It was almost empty and there was not really a room to socialice. So if you want to meet peole on your stay, this is not the best place to go. If you look for a place to sleep cheap and clean, its a good one.

teJust returned from spending 2 nights at Bodega hostel and the location, a stone throw away from centre, cannot be beaten if your looking for a peaceful oasis away from major attractions. we submitted a request for a bigger room on a higher floor which the hotel kindly provided. In fact, the room 3ra18 exceeded my exprectations with a well appointed deluxe decoration and with a big balcony as well.

We booked this hostel but were transferred to their sister hostel across the road Koto hostel. Wasnt much of a problem though, room was clean and decent size, staff were really friendly and helpful. We just had to go across to the other hostel in the mornings for the included breakfast which is a pretty tasty spread.

Checked in Bodega hostel at midnight and the nice guys who worked in night shift took me to nearby the food street which is so-called as the Night Food street in Hanoi for supper. Very nice to stay here and definitely come back after Halong trip.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean towel daily...wifi not so good though. Hardly ever worked from the room, basically had to use their computer downstairs which isn\'t good privacy for skype etc. Would recommend a private room. I ended up in a coed room which was alright but for the price you can afford your own room and it will make the experience much better! I will stay again when I go back in May.

Great amenities such as big sink, foyer. Our room felt like it had a separate bedroom. There were a Night Market during the last night of our stay due to at the weeken. The breakfast buffet offered several different kinds of food. Very delicious… We booked the group tours to visit Hoalu/tamcoc ancient citadel

The hostel was ok. The location is definately great, we could go walking everywhere from the hostel. The staff was very friendly. My friend had a birthday and they gave her flowers, it was really nice.

The staff were very helpful at the hostel, my other half had his birthday during our stay and they presented us with a lovely cake. The room was huge although the weather cold and the heater on aircon didn't work. They did provide extra blankets though. Only tip is to be warned if arranging the overnight bus through them as we wanted to go to Hoi An and they misinformed me of the 4 hour stop in Hue. Which if limited time is slightly frustrating!!
