These guys were incredible! The staff are the friendliest people I've ever encountered at a hostel. There are always a half dozen of them in the reception area, and they all speak English very well. They will always welcome you very warmly and help you get anywhere you want to go. The location is key as well, located at a very big and recognizable intersection in a quieter part of the Old Quarter and within walking distance to other big sights like the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex.

Nice, clean rooms, good breakfast. We booked two tours with them, which turned out great. Very good service in that department. Free pickup to the train and back, free use of a room between two tours and a reliable bagage storage. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We arrived at Bodega to be told that our room had been double booked and the place was full, which after 27 hours on a bus from Hong Kong was not the best news. Aside from this, we can't fault our stay at Bodega! Very friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms, hot water and wifi etc.. We took their Halong Bay 2 night tour and it was great (despite the ship's rats keeping us up all night, but I can't blame Bodega for this!). Highly recommended.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was good - 5 minute walk from the Old Quarter. The buffet breakfast (complimentary) was reasonably tasty and a nice touch to the overall offering. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend to fellow travellers.
