I stayed at Boho for 2 nights(had a short holiday in Malta) and i must say it was one of the best hostel experiences that I had.The owner(Penny) is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are in very good condition and the bathrooms are very clean. The hostel has a very lovely garden where one can chill in the afternoon and have a chat with other guests.Price wise it is very cheap and the atmosphere is ultra friendly.I am planning to return again soon to Malta and stay at Boho.

Penny was great, very helpful with recommendations. The breakfast every morning is well worth the extra 2€. Facilities are nice, showers are warm and the beds are fairly comfortable. The only problem is that if you arrive at night, it can be a little difficult to find. I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the airport transfer that they offer. If I ever return to Malta, I would stay here again.

Absolutely recommended. The hostel is very clean and quiet. With a few minutes walk you can reach the promenade on the sea, and from there with a bus you can reach any place on the island. Paceville, if you want to party, is just a few minutes walk away, while Sliema is even closer, if you're looking for a calm place to have a drink or eat. Penny, the owner of the hostel, is very kind and helpful. An advice for tall guys: I'm 6ft6 tall and the bed I slept in was ok ;)

This is what ALL hostels should be like! What a wonderful bohemian, colorful and cozy Villa. I booked in one night and stayed 1 week. A great great GREAT place to meet other travelers and see the sights with, as it attracts more lonesome backpackers than it does larger groups. Boho's nights hanging around playing guitar or sitting in a hammock in the garden will be missed! Thumbs up Penny :)

After planning a last minute trip to Malta, we were very excited for Boho to be available for all of the dates that we were there. Our expectations for Boho were high, and they were still blown out of the water. We stayed in the private double-ensuite, which was more like a hotel room than a hostel. Penny is AMAZING and so are her breakfasts! The set-up of Boho is so relaxed and communal. It was the perfect place to spend an amazing week in Malta.

This is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in! Everything about it was absolutely perfect. From the location which was close to buses to anywhere in Malta, the clean rooms and comfortable beds, Penny (worlds best hostel owner!), the breakfasts and the common areas - everything was excellent! It is clear that much thought has gone into the design of the hostel and the common areas in the lounge and garden foster a sense of community and friendship! Totally bohemian, totally perfect!

Boho was without a doubt the best hostel I've ever stayed at. It felt like coming home at the end of the day, and Penny and everyone else felt like family. The hostel itself was in a great location - just a short walk down to the bus stop, where you can go practically anywhere. Oh, and Penny's breakfasts are out of this world! I would absolutely recommend staying here if you ever find yourself in Malta :)

Nice hostel full breath of family and friendly host.Because it was February when I went there so it was the cold season of travel in Malta.Only few travelers lived in the hostel. The host made breakfast for us and it was really delicious.Only the access is not as convenient as Vallet or Sliema. Had always to transfer in vallet to go to other cities of Mlata.

I initially stayed at Boho for a few nights before leaving to explore Gozo for a few days. But I returned to Boho and stayed for more than a week. I've travelled a lot and stayed in more hostels than I can count, but Boho is surely one of the best that I've experienced. Apart from the great atmosphere, the breakfasts are excellent. Penny is an amazing hostess and became a friend that I will surely visit again. I can't recommend Boho enough.
