Hostel was a perfect retreat from the bustling towns & cities. Its Situated in a community within walking distance from Loboc.Rooms are cheap, comfortable & bursting with character. The river is 8 feet away & is used as a swimming pool. You can also buy breakfast & lunch which comes fresh from the river & trees.Motorbikes can also be hired from the hostel. However there is no real shower (hose) & the toilet facilities although clean are very poor (no toilet seat or flush.I would recommend this place.

We booked a private room with bathroom, but there was no bathroom. The shared bathroom was very dirty. The shower was a garden hose. Most staff was very slow and incapable.

I would recommend this hostel for people staying here for 1 day only. See the monkeys and the chocolate hills one day, but flee before ants in the bed get you as they got us. Nothing (restaurants, beaches etc) in the neighborhood and the staff expects you to get everything from them for an additional (and often quite pricy for being philippines) cost.

A great location next to a lazy river. A place to telax and there are some great things to do in Loboc..floating resturant, children's band concert, wifi in town. Take a tour of the 400 year old church in town. The simple food was good and of good value. Great place to chill. You can grab a beer a short walk up the road. locals call this Nipa Hut. No TV..no radio just nature. They have an albino python which we got to see eating two chickens. You camotorbike.

Great place if you want to get away. Good bungalows and dorm rooms and is right next to the river so you can take a swim anytime. Staff is very helpful as well and they are improving on the facilities.

if you're looking for peace and quiet, then this is the place. pure jungle, fireflies, big green river... it's pretty amazing. if you're looking to meet a ton of people and party - go to nuts huts, which is also super awesome. the other nice thing about this place is that they rent scooters out. which are essential if you want to really see bohol.

Excellent hostel, extremely friendly and helpful family who run the hostel. The views are amazing and the use of the country clubs facilites make this a superb choice. They arranged a brilliant Taal volcano tour for us.

Guys this is an awesome place to stay in the middle of the jungle, really, you can sleep hearing the sound of the Loboc River near by your cabain and enjoy the sound of the jungle with the confort of been in a bamboo cabain. I really enjoy my stay in there and definitely recommend to anyone interesting in been in contact with the nature without sleeping in a tent or sleeping bag. For arrieving to this place it's a little tricky... but after your first day in there... you can easily move yourself
